DESCRIPTION: 3D printed and Foam/FoamBoard HYBRID

-3D Printed body consists of 11 main pieces
-Multiple removeable Heads
-Blank Neck to create YOUR OWN REMOVEABLE HEAD
-2 X Different Chest Symbols included, plus additional ones separately!
-Wing-Requires 2 pieces of foamboard or equivalent
-Optional Wing "Skin" included
-PDF Plans included for foam or FoamBoard Wing. Printable Whole, half, or how they are layed out on each FB Sheet.
-ALL Plans have locations for dual 5-6in differential thrust motors, and Mid-Mounted Pusher locations.
-Foam or Foamboard cape comes in 3 sizes, with optional "SKIN" included for "Most Scale" cape.
-Motor mounts included for "X" mount, 16X19, and 12X16
-Mid-Mounted Pusher with Dual Elevons, or dual with differential thrust
-Optional 3D Printed Rudder. Body has servo wire channel(See video)
-Printable Control Horns Included for two 9g Servos

Elevon Servos are internal(Outer hole in servo for elevons, Center hole for Rudder)

Motor Sizes that have been tested already:
-Mid Mounted 2830 1300KV 4S with 6 and 7in props and 40A ESC
-Mid-Mounted 2836 1500kv 4S with 7in prop and 50A ESC(lots of power)
-Dual 1807 motors with 30A ESC's & 6in props
-Would fly with 2212 2200kv and 6in prop, but recommend a 7in prop and 4S.

REQUIRES:
-Motor and ESC of your choosing
-2X 9G metal geared servos
-2X sheets of FoamBoard or equivalent
-Printer for PDF PLANS (Legal paper size of 8.5x14 works well with only 9 sheets of paper)
-.035-.045mm Music Wire(15-20g)--.035(15g) is plenty strong and easier to work with

Optional:
1 X 8mm wooden dowel or equivalent(Length of arms, also helps with nose-weight)
3D Printed Fin and Rudder with additional servo and extension.

This is a Novelty Flying Man, not an airplane! Intermediate level build and flight skills recommended for "Scale sized" cape especially. "Mid & Oversized" capes are more stable and forgiving, and better for a beginner pilot. Optional "KF" Airfoils are not true 50% "KF" airfoils. They were only meant to strengthen the leading edge of the foam/foamboard wing.

-Head- 3 Tops, 2 Bottoms, 2 Perimeters, 2-3% Gyroid.
-Feet- 3 Tops, 2 Bottoms, 2-3 Perimeters, 2-3% Gyroid.
-Rest- 3 Tops, 2 Bottoms, 2 Perimeters. 1.5-2% Gyroid.
-Motor Mount- Preferably ASA, if not then ABS.
-Control Horns- Recommend ASA, if not then Pre-Foamed or PLA+

G-Codes and 3MF Profiles made with .60 Flow and 250deg(E-Sun). If using another brand LW-PLA, tune Flow Rate down about 6-12% for cleaner print results(Not Required). Instructions inside PrusaSlicer 3MF Files
