RC Airplane and 3D printing hobbyist. I am a perfectionist that strives to make 3D printable RC aircraft that print fast, look nice, assemble easy, and fly well WITHOUT TRAVEL MOVES OR INFILL. I have been modeling aircraft now for several years using a parametric modeling program (FreeCad) and have become very good at it. I also enjoy building and flying foamboard RC airplanes in what little spare time I have. I have accumulated a lot of experience in many different things. Ever since I got a 3D printer a few years ago, I have spent all my free time building and deg 3D printed airplanes. It is tedious and requires intelligence, engineering skills, and flying skills of course. It's now my favorite thing to do. I have taught myself a lot about parametric modeling and different slicing software. Currently I design in FREECAD and slice parts using Simplify3D. I have built airplane designs from 3D Lab, ECLIPSON, and various designers on the web. I feel 3D printed airplanes should be built using certain techniques, which I am trying to perfect. I try to incorporate what I feel are the best features from each of them into designs of my own. Every model I post in the future will be designed to print like vase mode without infill or retractions, and all will come with G-Codes so anyone can print them with ease. My dream at this point in my life is to quit my day job and 3D model from home full time, but I still have a far road ahead of me.
