I have included STL Files for TV nozzles for the following sizes:
-50mm
-64mm
-70mm (Pre-Foamed 40.3g, E-Sun 24.5g)
-80mm
-90mm

I made the 70mm Nozzles in FreeCad V1.0. The rest of the sizes are either scaled up or down.

The 70mm nozzles were made in such a way that when printed with concentric infill, they come out to a specific number of walls depending on the part. The other nozzle sizes may print differently with supplied Cura Profile because they were scaled from the 70mm nozzles.

I have found that using a Pre-Foamed TV nozzle with a 70mm 4S motor is really pushing it as far as weight (At least FT Viggen). You may want to use the 70mm with a 6S EDF like I have, or a high quality 4S and try and keep the build light for best results(Foaming LW). The extra weight of the nozzle, servos, and wires are around 60-100g.

I also have a flight video of an FT Viggen that was a little too heavy using an underpowered 70mm 4S motor, a printed aircraft "SKIN", and excessive hot glue. The TV nozzle greatly helped to climb out on launch. The FT-Viggen is a hard airframe to throw hard because you have to hold it from the top!

I have not installed these nozzles on an airplane in any other size other than 70mm. If you are going to use the 50mm nozzle, I highly reccommend printing it with AF-LW-PLA!

I have only used servo sizes a little bigger than 9g with the Vectored Nozzles (12-14g servos). I am unsure whether a 9g servo would burn out or not because I HAVE NOT tried it. If someone does try all metal 9g servos, please let me know!

I have included a picture of the exact size cut-out needed in your aircraft to be able to easily install the 70mm version. However, I recommend building an aircraft with the intention of installing the TV-System from the very beginning (speaking from experience).

I have included detailed instructions of how I set up two "MIXES" to be able to add Thrust-Vectoring to a "3-Way Switch" on my Spektrum NX-8 transmitter (OFF, MID, HIGH Rates). Most SPEKTRUM transmitters will be very similar. If using a different brand transmitter, at least it will give you an idea of how you need to go about it.

Both Cura Profile and G-Code Settings:

.40 Wall Width
.16 to .24 Layer Height (Adaptive Layers)
100% Concentric Infill(your call)
Pre-Foamed/PLA : Flow 100%, 232 degrees, 5mm retractions.
AF-LW-PLA: Flow 50%, 250 degrees, 3.5mm retractions, .01 extra prime, and part separation an extra .02mm.

-I have included G-Codes and Profiles made using CURA to print the 70mm nozzles with AF-LW-PLA, Pre-Foamed PLA, and PLA/PLA+. G-Codes use retractions and Infill.


-If you would like to print the other sizes of TV-Nozzles, import and adjust my profile settings that you know already work.

-There will be some clean-up of parts if printing with AF-LW-PLA. Most can be done with your scraper. Retraction distance was set to 3.5mm to relieve most pressure in the nozzle chamber but not all. Some stringing will still occur. Too High of a retraction distance greatly increases chances of a clog.

-As ALWAYS when printing with AF-LW-PLA, I personally recommend cleaning your hot-end "TIP" with a small wire brush after each and every part printed. From my experience, clogs usually start on the outside of the nozzle tip.
