CRUNCH CAR FACTORY SET（CCF 装置 + 怪兽卡车 + 斜坡）

I present the ‘Crunch Car Factory Set’, including:

• A device, the 'Crunch Car Factory,' for mass-producing aluminum foil cars, perfect for crushing especially by monster trucks. It functions like a real sheet metal stamping die, allowing for the shaping and trimming the aluminum foil, and if the car gets crushed, it can easily be repaired by placing it back in the device and performing a reshaping.

• A monster truck ‘Pickup II’, inspired by the Ford F250, featuring a functional, print-in-place suspension system based on the Rocker-Bogie dependency, and sized similarly to popular store-bought monster trucks.

• A small flat bank ramp for car-crunching fun.

• A wrench to facilitate mounting the monster truck tires.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Please note that the device may not cut the body perfectly every time - it will often leave thin strips of foil that you'll need to tear off. If the body becomes crumpled during the process, don’t worry - just place it back into the device and perform reshaping.

• When trimming the aluminum foil, you'll need to press firmly and perpendicularly to the upper cover surface until you feel the CCF_DIE slide into the CCF_TRIMMER. It can also help to gently rock the top part of the device while continuing to apply pressure.

• Follow the Crunch Car Factory assembly order shown in the animation (attach CCF_PUNCH_SPRING to CCF_PUNCH first, then to CCF_TRIMMER).

• Be sure to check all the 3D Printing Settings information before printing!

• LAYER HEIGHT: 0.2 mm (or 0.1 mm for the Monster Truck’s body)
• NOZZLE DIAMETER: 0.4 mm
• MATERIAL: PLA, PETG (PETG is better for CCF_PUNCH_SPRING and CCF_DIE_SPRING; tires can be printed in TPU/FLEX)
• PERIMETERS: 2 (recommended; more perimeters would only make the snap-fit connections stiffer)

The STL models are already in the correct orientation.

The device requires about 245g (82m) of filament with 15% infill and 2 perimeters. The monster truck uses about 78g (26m), and the ramp 15g (5m).

The prints shown were made on a Prusa MK4.

ATTENTION!
• The model includes 0.3 mm clearances between the walls of the print-in-place moving parts. This is not a demanding tolerance for a 3D printer. However, to be sure, you can print one of the "Clearance Tolerance Tests" available online. If, in your case, the walls of the elements are fused together despite the 0.3 mm clearance, you may need to reduce the flow (extrusion multiplier) value or adjust the X/Y compensation ratio (Horizontal expansion) in your slicer (e.g., to -0.1 mm). Also, check if the filament diameter you are using is too large or if your nozzle is worn out.
• to clean the print bed before printing to ensure high adhesion.
• Once the SUSPENSION_RB2 is printed, rotate one side (axle) of the suspension clockwise and the other counterclockwise simultaneously. After a few rotations, the internal gear mechanism should work smoothly if it didn't initially.
