Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for a Basic Wing harness.

These wing harnesses are beginner-friendly sets of backplates with slots on the back for wings to pop into.
--------- SIZING ---------
To increase the fit across more shapes of people, they have very shallow side bends and come in three different depths: deep, shallow and straight.
DEEP backs have a waist that, when viewed from the side, dips in dramatically towards the small of the back. If you typically have to alter pants to take them in at the center back, you probably have a very deep sway to your back.
SHALLOW has a gentle curve in to the waist.
STRAIGHT is for people who are more or less straight from the shoulders down to the waist.
To figure out which you are, look at yourself in the mirror from the side. Put your fist at the small of your back, and note how far it sticks out relative to your shoulders. If your shoulders still stick out further than your fist, I suggest starting with DEEP and then try SHALLOW if it's still too curvy. If your fist sticks out further than your shoulders, I suggest starting with STRAIGHT and then try SHALLOW if it doesn't curve enough in. If you're in the middle, start with SHALLOW and go in whatever direction moves you.
While these three shapes cannot hope to encom all of humanity, they should be decent starting points, and you can always put a bit of foam under the backplate to pad out spots that are a little loose.
If you are narrower or wider and the sides of the plates don't sit where you'd like, you may find it useful to use a heat gun or good hair dryer to slowly eat up the sides of the plate and gently bend them in or out to fit your body better. Go slow! If you bend too fast, it'll make a hard angle instead of curving naturally. You may also consider cutting off the sides of the plate so they're not in the way.
--------- STYLES ---------
Wings not included! Could you imagine printing those? Lol. Anyway, there are a few styles included. They are:
PLAIN - no slots or brackets attached. These are most useful for people who would prefer to fashion their own brackets for their own wings. These are also most useful for test prints to test fit on yourself!
SINGLE - this is for a single pair of wings (left and right), fit high on the shoulders.
DOUBLE - this is for wings on the top and wings pointing to the side. This is good for butterfly wings!
TRIPLE - this is for wings on the top and wings pointing to the side and wings in the middle of that.
TRIPLE STRAPLESS - this is for wings on the top and wings pointing to the side and wings in the middle of that, but there's no shoulder anchor. (This was intended for Titania from FFXIV!) Requires very solid belting around the waist to keep in place.
TEN - this is for 10 wings total. They should be mounted to 1/4" dowels to fit in the slots.
All of the wing styles are designed so you can slot your wing on and off without removing the backplate. This is handy for travel, moving around conventions/photo areas, and getting through doorways. It's also handy for breaks, and for emergencies where you might need to take off the wings quickly.
Does your character only have a single wing? ("Estuans interius, ira vehementi..." etc) The plates are interchangeable for the most part, so you can do a plain left and a single right, or a double left and a plain right, whatever you like. The triple ones are harder to interchange because they have a platform in the back to increase strength of the print, but you can still mix and match them.
--------- HARDWARE ---------
All of the wing slots are designed for 1/2" PVC pipe, schedule 40. EXCEPT for the 10 wing set. This uses a 1/4" dowel or wire. This is a very common size, and is generally the smallest PVC pipe comes in, so it should work for a variety of projects and be easy to find at most hardware stores. You will probably have to shape the PVC to suit your character, so please use APPROPRIATE PPE (NIOSH-approved mask, oven mitts/heat-safe gloves, proper ventilation in your workspace etc) when heat shaping PVC.
--------- STRENGTHENING THE BACKPLATE ---------
3D prints can be quite strong on their own, but can also be subject to failure given enough weight or pressure. Here are some methods you may wish to try to give your backplate a bit more strength:
A. Cover in a layer of worbla.
B. Cover with a layer of XTC3D epoxy resin
C. Cover with a layer of sheet fibreglass and epoxy laminating resin. (This is what we do, and it's not hard, but you will want PPE, an appropriate workspace, and a rotary tool to trim the edges!
--------- WEARING THE BACKPLATE ---------
The backplate has a bunch of slots in it. These are fit for a 1.25" strap, but 1" is OK too. I suggest using nylon webbing –– it's the strapping you'd find on a backpack or seatbelt, or ratchet strap. You can use some of the straps or all of them or none, but I suggest doing one that goes around your waist/underbust and buckles closed in the front or side, and then another that connects the shoulders down to the waist belt.
If you find your wings are heavy and pull back on your armpits, you can put a strap across the front to hold the two shoulder straps towards the center so they can't fall back.
Try experimenting with straps as soon as you've figured out sizing. That way you can figure out a strapping method that is both secure and comfortable to wear, and also can hide under your costume easily.
