Les paramètres d'impression recommandés pour la capsule Bear, Dragon & Kitty Bolt sont les suivants :

Échelle 100 % avec 15 % de gyroïde et 3 murs. Aucun n'est nécessaire.

Notes importantes:

J'ai fourni une version de fil serré et une version de fil lâche pour s'adapter aux paramètres de votre imprimante 3D. Veuillez sélectionner celle qui convient à vos besoins. S'il vous plaît noter ces ne doivent pas être serrés trop, vous voulez qu'il est assez lâche pour dévisser.

Lors de l'impression des capuchons, plusieurs éléments doivent être pris en compte. Le pied d'éléphant, un phénomène d'impression, peut se produire lorsque la ou les premières couches sont comprimées contre la plaque de construction, ce qui fait que le capuchon est excessivement serré sur le boulon ou qu'il ne s'enfile pas correctement du tout.

Si vous rencontrez des difficultés à visser le capuchon, coupez soigneusement certains des bords inférieurs à l'aide d'un outil d'ébavurage ou enfoncez le capuchon dans le lit jusqu'à ce qu'il s'aligne avec les pieds inférieurs. Il est essentiel de maintenir la bonne tolérance pour ces modèles, car des filaments différents peuvent avoir un impact sur l'étanchéité du capuchon.

Évitez de trop réduire l'échelle de la conception, car cela peut entraîner une perte importante de détails. Il est possible de réduire l'échelle, mais cela dépend des tolérances de votre imprimante. En revanche, la mise à l'échelle ne devrait pas poser de problème ; des tests réussis ont été menés avec une impression de chaton glorieux à 360%. Le fil conducteur du modèle a été testé et imprimé avec succès à différentes échelles, allant de 60% à 340%.

Vous pouvez adapter les factures américaines et canadiennes, imprimez les vôtres à l'échelle 85%-100%. Les versions hautes à 100% peuvent facilement cacher un marqueur Sharpie !

Pour ceux qui utilisent une imprimante multi-filament, ces boulons servent d'excellents objets de purge !

Size Notes:

Le Dragon Bolt est le plus grand des trois et mesure 150 mm d'origine (200 mm de haut). L'ours et le chaton mesurent 140 mm d'origine (190 mm de haut).
