Greetings to all 3D printing enthusiasts!
I’ve been tasked with deg stylish front fenders for the robotic lawn mower, LUBA mini (2025 series)
So here they are. Let me briefly explain the benefits of the fenders:
One-Piece Front Fenders: The front left and right fenders are printed as single-piece elements.
Snap-On System: They feature a snap-on system that ensures correct positioning and prevents rotation on top of the spring coil pin.
Functionality: These fenders prevent grass clippings from flying off and keep the top of the mower’s skeleton clean. They take into for the maximum oscillation of the front wheels axle when the lawnmower moves over uneven terrain.
Simplicity: The assembly does not require any screws, glue, or double-sided adhesive tape.
I believe they’ll enhance your LUBA mini mower’s performance and aesthetics.

I recommend printing the fenders from PETG because flexibility is required when mounting them on the Luba mini.
You can try also an ASA material, which is probably more UV stable, but it will not be so flexible in the end result.
Basic print settings:
2 wall loops, 3 top shell layers, 3 bottom shell layers, 8 - 10% rectilinear infill pattern, for the hole of the spring coil pin (see the photo gallery)
