I wrote it in Spanish and I don't know if it can be understood with the automatic translation. I meant that it is better to print the first layer more slowly to ensure that the holes are printed well. The rest of the layers can be printed at normal speed.

No, I printed the clouds in 5-6 hours with 0.2 and 0.3mm layer height (in Cura and PrusaSlicer). You should not put inside the cloud. In fact you can disable the completely.
