On looking at the files it doesn't look as though they have sharp edges, if this is the case are you able to do a file with sharp edge cutters? Much appreciated. Regards Deb.

Standard 3D printers have a 0.4mm nozzle which means that generally 0.4 is the thinnest line they can print. Thus, all my cutters are 0.4mm wide in the top section, where they cut, which is also where the majority of the cutters in the market are. Although some sellers promise sharper cutters, generally your printer wont be able to handle it.
Even if I would make a perfectly sharp cutter, your printer would only be able to handle 0.1mm or so in a special configuration (different nozzle size). What 3D printer do you have and which nozzle size? Happy to work something out for you in case its possible.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, I got the Xmas cutters printed and they are perfect. Cut nice and clean. Only problem I encountered was with the candy cane cutter is that where they cross over it cuts the cane off. I also purchased the tree bead roller and it is great. Keep up the great work

Hello! Please make sure that the layer width is 0.4 as mentioned in the printing settings recommendations. Also check if you see those lines in the preview when you slice the file. I have printed this one many times without issues using Cura and OrcaSlicer.

Hi! Not a problem at all. My designs are made to be printed with any standard printer and the best material for this is PLA, since it can be printed very easily, fast and its reliable. You might also want to try to PETG since it is a more durable material but I would say is not worth it.
I am constantly improving my designs and I have recently come up with a way of making them more resistant since some of them were breaking after a while, so I'm going to be ing these new versions soon.
Regarding the type of 3D printer that you should have... It really doesnt matter since this is a quite easy item to print. If you have no experience I would go for a budget printer until you feel more comfortable. You will read online everywhere to buy an Ender 3... I havent tried it, I guess is not a bad machine. I personally use a Kingroon KP3S (super cheap) and a Sovol SV06 (bit more expensive with some more nicer things).
