Don't bother, they don't respond, they don't put up new designs, and even though they say that they still take requests and that they'll work on it, they don't. Last designs were October 2024 ( only a few). Before that it was July 2024, again just a few. I think they've given up. Maybe they don't need our money anymore.

The 6 piece shampoo bar mold - 740271 does not fit correctly. The pieces fit too tightly and are hard to get apart. In addition, the A piece needs a thicker bottom base because it bends with use. I tried to double the Z height and it also made the circles too high then. I love your work and normally your pieces are fabulous. Is there a way to get this pieces fixed?

Will you help me with the moon and stars (Esfera_Estrellas) mold? I am new to 3-D printing. Which two molds do I print, or can I use the same file, like use A_stl two times? I want a 3.5" bomb, so what would my settings be for the bomb and the cylinder (Esfera_Estrellas_C.stl)? I am using the Tinkercad program.

Me explicarías por favor cual es el método que se utiliza, siempre ocupo los moldes que vienen sólo 3 piezas, muchas gracias.

Hola, hay un archivo que contiene todas las piezas a imprimir, ese imprimelo y vas a tener que armarlo, primero los pines ban en la base con los agujeros chicos y donde encaja la cabeza del pin, ya que tienes el pin en la base tienes que meter el cilidro en la punta del pin y hacer precion de ese modo vas a tener unido el cilindro a la base sujetado por el pin. el por que lo hice fue por que como vendo la prensa tengo menos devoluciones por que no se rompen, y si la hago con solo tres piezas se rompen muy facil.
Cualquier duda quedo al pendiente, saludos.

Otra consulta, el cliente quiere que sean de 30 gramos cada pastilla, como podría saber cuanto tengo que escalar o si viene escalada por defecto en 30g, me gustaría saber como calcular los gramos en cada prensa

En eso sería que haga pruebas, ya que yo la diseñe para que fueran pastillas de 10mm de diametro y de 8 y 10mm de alto.
Según la estimación que hice cada pastilla saldría de 10g. pero el peso depende mucho del material que use.
