first of all thanks for the !
I use 0.2mm and 15% gyroid infill for most of my prints. You should be probably be fine with that.
structure will not be needed. The holes have be designed, that they are easy to print without material.
Regarding the dimensions for the wood and the positioning of the drill holes I have added a template as *.dxf.
But I'm going to ad a pdf with the exakt dimensions in the next view minutes.
