Hello thank you for your message, I appreciate it. There is no John Snow body STL, so I cant finish printing, I have the head and base STL, which is great. I just cant find an STL for the body. Only a RAR. file which wont open unfortunately. Can you help? Cheers!

I purchased your "Money Box Brick + Coin Mario Bros Piggy Bank " and the plug portion is not complete. you have one notch and when you try to put it on it just falls straight through into the cube. Is there anyway you can fix this so that the plug works correctly. I feel like I just wasted a bunch of filament and 15 hours of print time for nothing.

salut, désolé pour la réponse tardive. votre massage est arrivé tout à l'heure. d'autres parties sont compressées et dans les fichiers zip, il se peut que votre ordinateur ne détecte pas ces fichiers, alors ne vous inquiétez pas, je téléchargerai les fichiers stl des autres parties.

Im printing the dandadan okarun on resin printer not plastic and the head inside have some kind of "holes" in the inside. Srry for the explanation my english is so bad. I wanna print it in resin so if u can help me ill be so please!

Just so u can check im using the chitubox free version and just putting the stl file appears where the "holes" are. They feel like small lines but keep resin inside when curing and emds breaking the model cause uncured one inside. Im srry for the problems 😅

I think I got the issue and that has happened during the deg process, therefor to fix that it will take time and till then I am ing Re meshed STL files in a zip folder and you can them. if the issue is still there,I would like to refund immediately. Sorry for the issues you had to face!!
