Hi I have ed the mini e-spinner files and now they are not accessible it's possible to you send me the list of materials ? I have printed the files and now I have no idea what I need to assemble all together 😞
Unfortunately I found out that someone started selling my designs on Etsy.com
Of course I asked him to stop, but he claims that they are his own designs.
I am quite indignant about this, and have therefore decided to take most of my designs offline, and not to post any new ones.
Too bad, well-meaning people like you are the ones who suffer.
But here's the documentation that was placed bij the mini e-spinner
3D model description
Started as a learning project for me but it has turned into a working and usable little electric spinning wheel.
This one is completely designed in tinkercad. But in the meantime I switched to FreeCad. Maybe one day I'll design another one with FreeCad.
Not all parts can be 3d printed for this spinning wheel.
Some parts will have to be purchased.
Also some electrical wiring needs to be soldered, and the voltage needs to be adjusted.
It is not difficult, but some technical insight and experience with a soldering iron is required.
I opted for a USB-C connection because it is fairly common. This also gives the possibility to work with a power bank.
For this, the step-up converter is necessary to increase the speed of the motor with a higher voltage.
The wiring goes from the USB-C connector to the input of the step-up converter. From the output to the input of the speed controller. From the output of the speed controller to the 3 position switch (to allow both left and right rotation) and from the switch to the motor.
I also have connectors in between, but they are not necessary.
Two motor mounts are included so that different motors can be used.
There are also two adapters for the flyer, so that different speeds are also possible here.
I used a rubber band for the string, and a rubber band and a piece of cotton thread for the brake.
A nylon thread is not usable as a brake because it creates too much friction on the bobbin.
All materials can be used for printing, but I personally prefer PetG because of the higher temperature resistance.
Almost all parts can be printed without .
Only the front and back need for the recesses where the bearings have to go.
I printed with
nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm
Walls: 5
Bottom and top layers: 5
infill: 15%
For a bobbin, you have to print one tube and two discs.
The bobbins must be glued together. And probably the hole for the axle needs to be drilled (4 mm!).
For a lazy-kate you wil have to print two (or three) stands and one ore two couplers.
For the parts that need to be bought, I have included several links from Alieexpress.
Unfortunately, these items do not always remain available, so you may have to look for a compatable replacement.
Axle's / stainless steel / 4 mm / 200 mm (3 or 4 pieces 1 for e-spinner and 2 or 3 pieces for the lazy-kate)

The one I used is no longer available. But there are lots of others.
The goal is to convert the USB input voltage (5V) to an higher voltage for the electromotor (+/- 9V)
There is room for a dimension of 38 * 17 mm.

Have fun printing, building and spinning.
Kind regards,
Lourens
This is very sad, especially since the project was free. It would have been much more sensible for this seller to have talked to you and reached a price/agreement. Unfortunately, this type of action is seen more and more. my sincere thanks for the list of materials ☺️ I can now continue the gift for my wife ☺️ my sincere thanks
Thank you for the like. I really appreciate your .
As a thank you to all my ers I have created a discount code that you can use on any of my designs.
Just use 3DPFACTORY_GIVEME10 at the checkout for 10% discount (where there are no other discounts shown)
Please don't forget to check out my other designs https://cults3d.emulatorsite.com/en/s/3DPFactory/3d-models
If you purchase one of my designs and I make any revisions you will be able to it fee of charge.
Any problems please message me and I will do what I can to help. If you are happy with your please don't forget to leave a like, post a make and please let others know about my designs.
Many thanks

Where can I find instructions to build it?
I have not made a detailed building description.
But I don't think it's a very complicated design either.
Do you have a specific question?
Then I'll try to answer it.
Can I get your info like email or something...
I don't like the idea of posting my email address publicly here.
And I don't see an option here on Cults to send you a private message.
But this same design is also on Thingiverse.
Private messages are possible there. So maybe you can me there?
Can I have the circuit diagram of it?
& one more thing do you have bottom case or cover for this spinner?
Can I had the file if you have ?
Sorry for the time you had t wait.
I've been verry busy with work.
I did not have a circuit diagram, but I have made a simple one which I just added to the design.
And for your second question: no, there is no botom part.
Do you made any thesis on this?
I have no idea what you mean by this question.
Could you formulate your question in more detail?
just forget it 😁
tell me the flyer rod measurement in mm
Ah, you are referring to the mini e-spinner.
That was not clear to me before.
For the flyer, a 4mm * 140mm shaft is enough.
4mm*120mm is enough I think ☺️
what kind of fan is best for cooling using your fanduct, not the hotend one.
I wanted to make my printer quieter.
I chose a noctua 4020 fan (axial). This is 12V while the printer is powered with 24V. For this I placed a 240 Ohm resistor in series with the fan.
The partend fan may be any 4020 radial fan.
I still had this one lying around, and it is quieter than the 4010 radial fan used by Creality as standard.
what kind is the blower, sorry if i wasnt clear.
Sorry, but I don't seem to understand your question.
I don't know what else to add to the answers I've already given.
what size is the blower fan cooling the print, not the noctua fan
As said, that is a 4020 radial fan.
It can be anything like this:

(I hope the link above is working for you).
was just double checking ty
Hello,
I'm very sorry to hear you had to take down the e-spinner-design.
I have wanted to make this design for a while now and have started to print parts months ago but haven't gotten all of the other components yet. Unfortunately I didn't save the list of non-3d-printed parts that are needed. Would you be able to send me the list of parts or even just the picture of the circuit?
Best regards,
Leo
I just saw someone else asked about this before. Thank you anyway!
