Check the tolerances of the machine, the eggs in the lid are made so that filament cuts can enter as shown in the images and these can be glued. In any case, if the tolerance of your printer is not correct, you can enlarge the hole a little and allow the filament to enter. The same thing happens with the hinge. I don't know how you printed them. Tell me the orientations and heights you used in printing to help you.

be careful when rescaling the design because you would enlarge or shrink the holes in the leg and then they would not fit or they would be too big

Thanks for the update however the connection is to oriented correctly and when keycap is inserted to the bottom piece the top does not line up correctly
