The heater cable issue is solved. I went to Tinkercad and thickened the clip and put a semicircular path for the thicker cable. I also printed it on its side for strength. Thanks for the design.
I made the chain, but the thickness of the cable is more than the height of the chain. The clips break as they can't bend over the cable. The cable is 8.5mm and the chain opening is 6.70mm. Is there a formed clip? I'm try to avoid reprinting everything. Can you offer an alternative? Thanks Stu

I printed this design of yours, it looks cool but the extruder hits against the handle when you print to the full size of the bed. it is in the way. it needs to be lower.
I am just giving you .

Hi, saw your Ender 3 S1 Pro Cable Chain and found it perfect because it fits the same way in the CR-10 Smart Pro. One question, since the printer is a larger print volume (300x300x400), how many chains/clips would I have to print? Also, what's the best orientation for the extruder and z axis clips to minimize s? Thank you.
Hello,
what filament do you recommend for printing?
Thanks very much
Hello i wanted to you file for my ender3 s1 pro the chain but there are missing two parts can you please add the
Good day
I have been trying to edit your "z-axis " as there are week spots that break easily which I would have liked to add fillets or extra bracing in.
Any change you can do it, or else perhaps share the design file with me... I am using Fusion 360
The biggest concern area is on the clip section that clips onto the chain that goes down to the bottom of the machine.
Regards
Ho friend, its possible to have a step file of the chain for the extender?
