Excellent i did exactly the same after purchasing the original engine though i did it 200% ive added this to my collection as the 1st one i made has worn out at our museum explaining our Herculese engine

Dear Playaviation

Thank you for completing the model and reporting it to me.
I'm glad I could be of help to you.
Thank you for your message.

Hello, I'm currently assembling the MRH and everything is going perfectly. The instructions are complete and very well done.
I would like to know which helicopter model the rotor comes from and also where you found the φ12x115L ABS Pipe part.
Thank you in advance for your reply.

Dear Noamakadji

First of all, thank you for purchasing my models.
This model is intended to explain the basic operations required for a helicopter rotor, and is not designed with any particular helicopter in mind.
Regarding the φ12x115L (ID=8mm) ABS pipe;
I purchase a commercially available one at a nearby DIY shop, cut it, and use it. It is also sold on Amazon Japan.
I hope you complete the models.
Thank you for your message.

Dear Efwegefg

Thank you for posting the video.
I'm amazed at how great it turned out.
I wish you every success.

I have built a 1/4 scale flying model of the wright flyer. (It flies very scale like). I now need to ad a dummy engine, and I have used your Wright Flyer 1903, Power Plant and scaled it up to 1/4. This worked fine, however I need to remodel it to be simpler and hollow so I can fit it over the electric motor that drives the chains, and to minimise weight. It is very difficult to work from stl's in Fusion. Is it possible to get an assembly model of it so I can modify for my needs?
Thanks,

Dear Efwegefg

First of all, thank you for purchasing my model.
I can't believe that you've created a 1/4 scale model that can fly.
I watched the Wright Flier 1903 RC video on YouTube, but I haven't seen any models that large.
When I designed this engine model, I designed each part, assembled it, and reviewed it as I went. Therefore, I do not have any data for the assembly model.
Also, please understand that I cannot provide 3D data other than STL data.
I apologize for not being able to your groundbreaking challenge.
I wish you success.

Is there any plans to make a 9 cylinder engine? Like the Shvetsov M-25 or the Wright R-1820-F3 (are really similar) That would be great.

Your job is awesome!

Dear Charly_Potato

Thank you for evaluating my job.
I have made many types of radial engine models (see below) with many characteristics.
I am well aware of the existence of the R-1820 engine, but I have no plans to make any more at present.
I appreciate your understanding.
Thank you for your message.

I have a couple of questions about your Wright Flyer 1903, Power Plant. Design #323300. I'm a model kit builder, mostly plastic or resin. I don't have a 3D printer but I have someone who can print something for me if I send them the file. I have a 1/39 scale model of the 1903 Flyer. The plastic parts for the engine and the two propeller chains and gears are not as well defined as you created. The kit doesn't have the Anemometer/Stopwatch. I wonder if you can separate those parts and sell me the design? Can he reduce the size to the 1/39 scale I'd need? He'd need a STL file in order to print those parts for me. Thanks

Dear Mjbncc1701

Thank you for taking an interest in my model.
I do not sell any blueprints, so I cannot fulfill your request.
By the way, my model is not a scale model, but it is equivalent to about 1/4.5.
I think it would be difficult to print it at 1/39 size with a regular 3D printer.
I'm sorry I cannot fulfill your request.
Thank you for your message.

Hello. I am a fan of your engine models. And I have a question: can you design the most accurate copy of the engine and main gearbox with D-27 propellers for the Antonov An-70 aircraft?

Dear Dulvintechnologu

Thank you for following me.
I am interested in the D-27 engine, as it is the only propfan engine currently in use.
However, the information necessary for model design (cross-section diagrams, etc.) cannot be obtained from the Internet, and I do not have a route to obtain information, so I am unable to design it.
Please understand.
Thank you for your message.

Hi. Thank you for the previous answer to my question. I have the following question: what kind of chairs do you need to create the D- 27 model?

Dear Dulvintechnologu

I am currently 85 years old and work at my own pace.
Below are my production policies.
- I do not make models solely for specific s.
- As the data required to make models is likely to infringe copyright, I will not accept any data from individuals.
If you have any data, please make it public. It is possible that someone other than me may make it.
- I cannot promise whether I will be able to make it or not, or within a deadline.
- I will not make models named after models currently in operation.
For these reasons I am unable to meet your requests at this time.
Please understand this.

Hi Konchan77
Slowly assembling the Radial Engine, Rotary-2 1910 Main Mechanism, 2593770, and I have a question about the order of the con rods. They seem to go in the order long, short medium ie 147 - 258 - 359.
I am curious to know the firing order of the real engine.
I hope that makes sense.
Thank you for a great model
Steve.

Dear Styx

Thank you for purchasing my model.
The connecting rod numbers correspond to the cylinder numbers.
The actual firing order is 1-3-5-7-9-2-4-6-8.
This is the same as a 9-cylinder, 4-stroke radial engine.
Thank you for your message.

Congratulations for your fantastic engine models! Any specific GE J79 turbojet engine (F-104, B-58, F-4 Phantom engine...)?

Dear Tomcat74

Thank you very much.
This model was created based on information found on the Internet, with reference to the J-79 engine.
There are many omissions and it is not at a level where it can be named after an actual model, so a generic name has been given.
Thank you for your message.

  • 1 j’aime

Hi, thanks for your answer. Indeed I asked since that engine reminded me the J-79, even is - as yo say - it misses details and motor parts to really be name as J-79. Said this, if you need material about this engine I have original manuals and more. I also love the F-104 and I'm restoring a real one I own with a friend, but this another story ;)

Dear Tomcat74

I hear you are restoring an actual F-104, that's amazing.
I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.
Thank you for your message.

  • 1 j’aime

Thank you! Anytime you wish to project a GE J-79 (you're not very far starting from the turboject you spoke about), feel free to me. Considering your skills and projects I see here, it would no doubts be fantastic! Also, there are still not J-79 stl models around...

Dear Sangueangelos

First of all, thank you for purchasing many of my models.
I add s that I believe are optimal in my experience based on the structure and function of the parts.
I also actually print, , and them assuming the use of an FDM printer with PLA filament.
Please tell me specifically why you are making this request of me.
There are also many parts, so if I can understand the reason, I will respond to each part individually.
The s can be removed after printing, so there are simple parts and I do not think that all parts fall under your request.
Please understand this and make your specific request again.
Thank you in advance.
Thank you for your message.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
The request comes primarily from the fact I would like to use a different material to print the parts and print the s. Also, I printed the 18N-LPC-Inlet-Case201ws last night and noticed that while the in that particular model did the intended flange, the backside of the flange has very poor surface finish and stringing. I also noticed a similar integrated approach was used elsewhere as well and believe the same issues will occur there. As such, I wanted to increase the density of the s in certain regions.

Dear Sangueangelos

Thank you for your reply.
As I mentioned earlier, I design based on PLA filament, so I cannot other materials and cannot provide technical . .
The current on the back side of the flange of the part you mentioned, 18N-LPC-Inlet-Case201ws, is not enough for surface finishing, so I think finishing processing will be necessary.
However, this surface is not the flange t surface, and I have added it by balancing removal and surface finishing.
Please understand that my models are not for viewing purposes, as I prioritize structure and function.
If you are using an FDM Printer, you may be able to improve the situation by adding s using the printer's slicer or Meshmixer. However, in the case of this part, there is parts that have excessive and cannot be removed, so I don't think you can expect any improvement.
For complex parts, some parts are used in combination. (Suffix "mws") (Meshmixer used)
The s I use are ones I've added after experiencing problems with s using a slicer (breakage during printing, difficulty in removing, excessive , insufficient surface finish, etc.).
Please understand that this may not be the answer you were hoping for.

bonjour,
Je ne trouve pas les fichiers des shaft qui relie AGB (accessory gear box ) a la TGB ET IGB.

Dear Chcaillaud

First of all, thank you for purchasing my model.
Is the model in question "Jet Engine; 2-Spool, Current, Big"?
All of the accessory gearbox-related information for this model is described in paragraph "4-1 Gearbox Assembly" of "Assy Manual-TFE-Big01.pdf", omitting the internal shaft.
I'm sorry, but could you please be a little more detail?
Thank you in advance.

Hi, I need ceramic core stl file for printing, if possible please send me, I will owe you this kindess. I am currently Postdocotrate student at shenzhen university china. Here is my email : [email protected]

Dear HIrfan

I design models using only PLA filament.
Therefore, I have no knowledge or experience with ceramics and cannot be of any help to you.
Please understand.
Thank you for your message.

Dear Konchan77, thanks for your prompt reply, I just STL file of part C and e from your figure if possible for you. I need to pay, I can pay

Dear HIrfan

Is your inquiry about the following model?
https://cults3d.emulatorsite.com/en/3d-model/tool/high-pressure-turbine-hpt-blade-air-cooled
If so, please purchase this model, as it contains the STL files required for figures a to e.
Thank you in advance.
Thank you for your message.

Hi, i have both inlet and engine s, but cannot find spike--cut302ws.stl

can you provide or update ?
thank you

sr-71

Dear Divertedd

Thank you for pointing that out.
I have just ed the file "Spike--Cut302ws.stl".
Thank you for your message.

thank you

I came across your site and I was literally amazed by your projects!
They are all beautiful and very interesting but there are so many that I don't know where to start.
Which one do you recommend?
Thank you and congratulations again!

Dear Gvairo

Thank you for taking an interest in my models.
It's difficult to answer your question directly, but the order in which I posted them on the community site is as follows:
https://cults3d.emulatorsite.com/en/3d-model/tool/turboprop-engine
https://cults3d.emulatorsite.com/en/3d-model/tool/jet-engine-3-spool
https://cults3d.emulatorsite.com/en/3d-model/tool/jet-engine-geared-turbofan-gtf
https://cults3d.emulatorsite.com/en/3d-model/tool/jet-engine-2-spool-current
Therefore, ④ is probably a good model to start with.
Please use it as a reference.
Thank you for your message.

Hi,
I see there are 4 designs with the name Radial Engine, Rotary - 2, 1910s. Are these 4 different designs or are the accessories for the main mechanism.
Your designs look fabulous, thankyou.
Steve

Dear Styx

Thank you for taking an interest in my work.
I have made two types of rotary engines.
In both cases, the engine rotates, so it is difficult to observe the main mechanism. Thus "Main Mechnism Model" are made, in which a tool to fix the engine is added and the case is cut significantly so that the movement of the valve mechanism for one cylinder can be seen.
All cylinders are also cut so that the piston movement can be seen.
The individual parts are the same except cut method.

The relationship between each is as follows.
"Gnome" type
[Original] Radial Engine, Rotary, 1910s (106408)
[Mech Model] Radial Engine, Rotary, 1910s (2593762)
"Le Rhone" type
 [Original] Radial Engine, Rotary-2, 1910s (231356)
 [Mech Model] Radial Engine, Rotary - 2, 1910s (2593770)

Thank you for message.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to explain. Now I understand. I am excited about printing my first radial engine.
Kind Regards
Steve Styx

Hi Konchan77, I have just purchased the Mech Model] Radial Engine, Rotary - 2, 1910s (2593770) but there was no PDF manual. Is this a separate ?

Dear Styx

Thank you for purchase of my model.
Assy-Manual is just ed.
Thank you for message.

Thank you very much. I look forward to showing you my completed model.

on the 1512817 , the engine , the part called ab-flame holder cut 101.ws , is supposed to be half not a whole piece for the display. is there a file with it being half? cutting the piece will be messy

Dear Divertedd

As you pointed out,a parts for the cut model is missing.
I have just ed the cut a parts (below), so please it.
AB-FlameHolder-Cut101ws.stl
Apologies for the trouble.

Hello, how are you? you know I have a problem with the air intake case cut 501 ws file, it turns out that when printing it produces the “spaghetti” effect in the central part and I have not been able to get the piece to come out well, I tried it in another slicer of creality and it was worse, I use Cura, would it be possible that you send me the file without s, to test if that is what creates conflicts when printing.

Thank you for your answer.

Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Dear Mondrigobiker

I think the file name used is "Air-Intake-Case-Cut501mws.stl".
This file was ed using "Meshmixer", and I have printed it several times without any problems.
If there is a possibility, the may have broken during printing.
I have ed a file with no , "Air-Intake-Case-Cut501.stl", so please try using the slicer you use.
Thank you for your message.

Hello dear, I can't find the file without s for the AIR INTAKE case cut 501, you ed the AB-FLAMEHOLDER CUT 101 only.

thanks for answering, greetings

Sorry!
I made the wrong file ed. Now correct file is ed again.
Thank you for your message.

Thank you Konchan77

Hello, I have the same problem with the following file, BRG-Hsg-Body-Cut301ws,the archive is of the Turboshaft engine,it generates an error in Cura when making the slice and with Creality Print it does not detect the s, could you it without s, please, I just printed it and it went wrong, it turned into spaghetti in the center, thank you very much.

Dear Mondrigobiker

No is added to the center of "BRG-Hsg-Body-Cut301ws.stl". Simple plate-shaped s are only added to the shaft section.
There are no errors when checking the STL file. Also, in the center is not necessary in "Meshmixer".
Therefore, I do not think that ing a file without will resolve the issue.
There are no problems at all with my slicer, "Slic3r".
I sincerely hope that you will consider solutions, including adjusting the printer etc.
Thank you for your message.

Ok, I'm going to try with another slicer because Cura gives me an error when creating the gcode and Creality Print doesn't work well, I'll try with slicer.

Thanks for your reply

Thank You for the great kit in "Turbojet Engine, 1st Generation, Double-Sided Impeller type"! I am working on printing it now.
Would you consider making the files available for the whole non-cutaway pieces?

Dear Cddx

Thank you for purchasing my model.
The concept of my model making is to create teaching materials that can explain structure and function.
Therefore, I do not plan to make an uncut exterior model.
Please understand my purpose.
Thank you for your message.

Hi sir,
I thought you should know that a seller on eBay out of Lithuania by the name of “Print3D By Deividas” is selling prints of at least four of your engine designs, and using your images from Cults in his sale posts. He is doing the same thing with other Cults designers as well and I am alerting them also, in case any of you want to report him to eBay for violating your intellectual property.

Dear Kiwimetal

Thank you for purchasing several of my models.
Also, thank you for letting me know about “Print3D By Deividas”.
I will also consider the solution.
Thank you for your message.

where can i find the SR71 pdf ? i got both print packages

Dear Divertedd

First of all, thank you for purchasing my model.
I believe that "SR71 pdf" refers to the photo of the SR71 in the summary, so I will answer.
This photo was taken after purchasing and assembling a commercially available plastic model of the SR71, and is provided as reference in the summary.
Therefore, it is not something that can be provided to others as data (pdf or other).
I recommend that you obtain SR71 data independently using your own method.
Thank you for your message.

Subject: Question about the model "Propeller, Turboprop, Business, New Version, for 3D Print"

Dear Sir or Madam,

I recently came across your impressive work by chance and would first like to express my iration. As a former flight instructor for commercial aircraft (Boeing), I greatly appreciate your models. Now that I am retired, I can enjoy beautiful things like your creations.

While printing the model "Propeller, Turboprop, Business, New Version, for 3D Print," I noticed that the part "Bevel24 Gear01ws" needs to be separated and cut in two stages after printing. I have printed and worked on it twice but unfortunately damaged the shaft both times, making the part unusable.

I was wondering if there might be an alternative version of this model where such post-processing is not necessary. I believe this part could be printed in one piece without requiring manual adjustments.

If such a version exists, I would be very grateful if you could share it with me. I remain enthusiastic about completing the prints for the engine and look forward to realizing the full model.

Wishing you a happy New Year and looking forward to your response.

Best regards,

Dear Piloty

Thank you for purchasing my model.
Regarding the "Bevel24 Gear01ws" you asked about, there are two cylindrical s (suffix = ws) that I specialize in attaching to the shaft.
I have made several sets of this model, and have never had any difficulty removing them.
However, to help solve the problem you encountered, I have ed "Bevel24-Gear01" without the "special s", so please refer to this.
Please add s using the "slicer software" that comes with your printer and print.
Many of my models have cylindrical "special s (ws)", so I would be happy if you could get used to removing them.
Thank you for your message.

Dear Fotodude

Congratulations on completing it.
I'm impressed with how beautifully finished it is.
Thank you for posting.

Hello,

I am building your Turbo Ramjet model and it appears the CAD for one piece is missing. It is the mount piece from the engine to the center nacelle section. Is it possible to get this final piece?

Hello,
I have ed the Anzani engine and have enjoyed printing it so far. Thank you.

I wish to make a model of the engine without the cut-outs. Would you be able to supply stl files without cut-outs, for the front of the crankcase (replacement for Index 1-3-1) and for the rear section Gear Case Cover (replacement for Index 2-2-2).
Many Thanks Peter

Dear Waterbee

I'm glad you enjoyed my model.
I'll add the .STL files without the cutouts you requested today, so please use it.

Many thanks for your quick response. They are already printing.

Hey there!

I loved making the model of the PT6 I asked about last week or so. I was curious as to how accessible it would be to request an engine? You seem to provide a fantastic product in these engines and I would love to get my hands on a Pratt & Whitney Canada PW600. Not sure if this is something you could do or not, but I thought I would reach out about it!

Thanks,

Trevor

Dear TrevorTheClever

I'm glad you enjoyed making my Turboprop Engine models.
I make models by engine type category, and have already made a model called "Turbofan Engine, for Business Aircraft."
I believe that the "Pratt & Whitney Canada PW600" falls into this category, so I have no plans to make it.
Please understand.
Thank you for your message.
