I recently purchased your Alex DeLarge file. Amazing detail I might add. The pedestal loads fine. Unfortunately the larger bust file crashes the system every time we load it. We have a Bambu P1S. The software is up to date. Any suggestions?

Yes printed with s on the Saturn 2. Only instructions are print the pedestal and bust at the same scale, so they fit into each other.

I'm not sure why you are getting this error. Try opening him in a different application and save him off in a different format.

these artifacts appear as an integral part of your model and are visible immediately upon opening. I opened it in cura, meshmixer and repitiehost - the same in all.

Strange, I'm not seeing any errors on my end. I've ed an OBJ version as well as an STL. You can the new one and see if that works for you.

wow that is quite an error, I haven't seen anything like that on my end. I'm not sure what software you are viewing the model in. maybe try something else. If you want I can send you my preed file in lychee.

hey i was gonna purchase the bob ross statue will it print just fine on a bambu labs x1 carbon with a .4mm nozzle? Also will i be able to scale it up to about 6 inches tall?

I have not tested the print on that machine, but I see no reason why it wouldn't print fine. Scaling shouldn't be an issue, just keep in mind that the bottom and top pieces of the bust need to be scaled uniformly in order for them to fit together.
