I'm sorry to hear this. Be assured that there are a lot of customers who printed the design without problems. I've printed it laying flat on the side on a raft with and highest resolution my printer s. A bit of smoothing with sandpaper may be appropriate after removing the . The idle reverse is just some resistance that keep the levers from moving into idle to easily.
If it does not work out at all for you I offer a refund at your discretion.

Yeah the raft was the first thing I tried. Unfortunately I don't really have means to post-process it properly, it may be a good idea to clarify sanding is needed to get a smooth operation on your product page.

Hi there. I'm having a hard time properly printing this. If I use a raft and print on the provided position, the rough surface makes it really hard to push in place, and if I print it upside down the detents are not printed with enough precision and they don't really work well.
Besides that, the reverse "detent" is not really there much? I know it's not supposed to be a full detent but it feels like I mostly just can't find the idle reverse at all with it.
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but for now the free detents available in Flightsim.to are working better for me, which is a bit disappointing when I spent money on this expecting it to be an upgrade :/
Let me know if there's anything I may be doing wrong on my side!

Unfortunately I don't have a video. The design emulates the ARM function of the real A320's handle. If you follow the links in the description you should get the idea.
