It's a brand new printer. You shouldn't assume. Multiple people have had problems with this design. In the title you state you have multiple options which is a lie. And it doesn't even fit right
It is also lacking the pieces to mount the motor. Plus stiffening pieces for motor
"The design has been tested and manufactured multiple times. I recommend that you properly calibrate your machine, as that could be the issue. The machine may be new, but that does not mean it will perform well without proper calibration and handling. Best regards
