Hi, I recently purchased your tooth library, but I’m having trouble using it in exocad.
When I try to load the model, I get an error saying:
“The loaded model is invalid due to problematic mesh (e.g. holes, duplicate vertices, or unclosed borders).”
FileName: C:\exocad-DentalCAD3.1-2022-11-10\DentalCADApp\library\teeth\Lxt_Full_V3_4\lowerjaw\7.eoff
I'm not sure how to fix this. Could you help me resolve this issue?
