The Files look good. there is not much Billy and Mandy stuff out there. I thought the adult Dee Dee was cute so grabbed that as well.
I'm looking to bring characters from slightly older cartoons to life. Stay tuned, as there will be new models coming soon.

I would say try to hit the stuff that many over look. There are a lot of 90s and 2000s Cartoons that dont have fan works. But we have like 40 different TMNT options for every character.

Ed Edd and Eddy comes to mind on some stuff. Adult versions of them. Popular enough to get some eyes on it, but still niche enough that no one really makes anything from it.
