Does it say ,,Error" or it just doesn't show up? If it says "Error" when loading - the file is too large for your software to read and you should compress it using another app (I would suggest using an online app). If it doesnt show up - it is probably loaded, but misplaced from your viewpoint.

You receive what you see on the photos. The price is low because of the low amount of details on the model. Cults3d has a 3D visualization of the model.
You cannot receive a refund just because you don't like the model.
Also, if the parts of the model are too thin to print, you can make the walls of the model thicker by using a 3D viewing app, Blender is a free example that could be useful to you.

From what I can see you purchased the Dragon of Ra 7 hours before messaging me about the problem with model. Furthermore, the parts are not included in a zip archive, but as separate models. Both of these facts are quite suspicious.

You should message Cults3d's if you are experiencing such problems, not the designers.

You mean that I puchased only 1 Arm ? (I can only see Arm.L ).

All the other files are named, but empty.

You either have exported the files somewhere into your computer where you cant find them or you cannot export them properly. But either way, the problem is not in the model since this is the first time someone has messaged me about such problem.

When I wrote that the files are not included in a ZIP I meant that all of them can be ed together directly in a folder/archive from Cults3d. I havent included them in a ZIP so they can be viewed in Cults3d, but all of them should be able together.

By ,,empty,, you mean that the files are exported, but you cannot open them or that they are nonexistent in the folder?

But once again, if you have problems with the exportation and not with the model - you should message Cults3d's .

I dont have Patreon or any other platforms. Yes, you can sell physical 3d prints of the models. They can be printed in any 3d printing material (Resin, filament and etc.)

I dont think the problem is in the model. What app do you use to fix models? I usually avoid thickening details too much as it makes the models more deformed and with less details after being printed.

Usually for thickening details you can use the free version of Blender where you can set the thickness of the model to your desired volume. I avoid re-ing models as they might look appealing to some, but not for other in of details. E.g.: Clothes on some models need to be thicker when printed on lower scale, but would look terrible when printed in higher scale.

I use the Materialise Magics try to fix it but it makes a huge hole on her cloth above the hair.
