To assembly it you need to :
Print 14 times 4stick-Full
Print 2 times 4stick-half
Print 4 times AligmentHelp
As for the raw materials I can't help You. It's entirely dependent on Your printer and the settings You use.
To print it You would need to open the STL file inside an application such as Prusa Slic3r and export the G-code after you are happy with the printing settings. Every printer is different I can't help you with configuring the settings.

Hey I bought your viktor arcane cane file and I'm kinda confused as to what I do and don't need to print. I can't print the cane in one go so I'll have to do it in parts but I don't know which ones I should print
Hi. Thank you for Your patronage. The model is already cut in parts that fit 20cm by 20cm printing bed. So you would have to print everything except part called "Whole". Also suggest reading the 3D Printing settings tab in descriptions as it's has more info about printing this model.

You should try to balance, price, weight, and stiffness.

Hello! I saw your STL of Viktor's Cane and thought it looked amazing. I'm trying to put together a cosplay of Viktor but I'm going for the version of him with the crutch that we see from episode 4 onwards. Do you have plans to make an STL for the crutch as well or would that be something I'd have to commission?

It possibly could be, There is a space for a rod to be inserted along the length of this model so the whole structure should hold as long as a rod if sturdy enough. The handle itself is held by plastic so it would be a weak spot. The hole could be altered to use something stronger than plastic to enforce it. Also, the infill setting would make a big difference. It may be possible with enough tinkering But It's better to be safe than sorry. So I would not suggest using a 3D print as a replacement for medical items just to be safe.
