Hello, that piece is an optional, decorative piece. Nothing will happen if you don't print it.
What slicer are you using? I used cura and I had no problems.
Since the model had a "marble texture" this makes the file quite heavy and unstable I'd say.
I recommend you try Cura, if that's what you used then don't worry, I'll also re the file on a different format but you're the first one to have that issue.
