Good Day. I got heavy Problems with the 100€ halo 32mm vehicle Pack! Need a refund becouse i cant Use them. Please me

The issues:

  • Files are looking like they are ripped off a Videogame and smootheed over or like done with a first gen chep AI Scanner
  • Files have completely washed out details
  • Straight lines are not straight and have severe Artifcats that impare printing
  • Files do not look they were at all test printed
  • The Terrain pieces at least the smaller ones look mostly fine
  • The vehicle pack is almost unsuable as they have severe errors, that lead to slicer crashes (Lychee and Chitubox pro, i.E. the Banshee Vehicles)
  • Files have holes and Resin traps inside that very likely lead to bursting (i.E. the Banshee)

You're not making any sense at all. These models have been available for many years now and have been printed hundreds of times collectively, small, big, resin, FDM, it's all been done I've seen armies, convoys, dioramas, scaled up statues, even a giant metre long Scarab in FDM. Which is to say that your claims of being unusable or causing severe errors or printing impairments are utterly bizarre and long proven wrong in the extreme, I'm shocked you'd even attempt it. I don't understand how you could think you're the first person to print them. Not only that but as an expert in consumer level resin printing for half a decade there is nobody more familiar with how they print than me, and maybe needing more s than you're personally used to also isn't a real issue.

Trying to insult how they look, that's uncalled for and low. Yes they're quite old work and I can do much better now as I've never stopped actively working to improve over time, there are a couple I'm actually not happy with and would like to remaster for peace of mind, but they still look great when printed and painted. I spent many many weeks working on them during turbulent times and will always be proud of them regardless of how they age. Strange that I have to point this out to you but they have previews for a reason, multiple actually for every single model including the automatically generated raw one, you knew how they looked and that applies to all your first three points. They also have descriptions, where I describe them as medium detail, which I do because of my organic style. Perfect CAD style 'straight' lines were never promised, and nothing about the lines impairs printing.

Where your inexperience shows most however is in your belief of severe errors, false positives are a known factor, only a complete beginner blindly believes what the slicer says or even uses the so-called 'repair' function rather than simply their eyes for anything obviously wrong. 3D geometry is not simple, and every piece of 3D software processes and interprets it differently, as is explained in the FAQ the professional software I use for sculpting is known for exporting geometry in a way which can show as having non-manifold edges in slicing software as a false positive, it is completely benign and has zero effect on either slicing or printing.

As it says in the FAQ, if you believe you have found a real issue, like internal geometry, then the correct thing to do is me directly to kindly let me know and I will look and fix it if there's something to fix. If you purchase a new car and think you hear a minor rattle, you can't take it back and get a refund, it gets checked and fixed as is sensible.

Bottom line, the only thing stopping you from using them is yourself. Lack of understanding or attention is not a basis for a refund and has nothing to do with me or my work, I'm always happy to give out tips and I have a lot of information available, but tutoring isn't included as a feature of my models. All you have to do is import//print, as those before you have done.

Hello! Love your work. Any plans on creating a Dead Space bundle with that STL collection at any point?

Hi, the problem is it's incomplete because I ran out of time for a few necromorphs I wanted to do, but I'll consider it as it's unlikely I'll ever be able to return to it

That would be awesome. I'll definitely be picking at least some either way (you have the best tripod and brute around, just to name a few) but if you have a bundle, I'll be first in line.

Hello How are you? Hey, are you going to release the new Doom: The Dark Ages?

Hi, I loved the game, I don't know what you're interested in but in of fan models I will probably just be doing the alternate Sentinel helmet or something

How much are commissions? I'd like to get a gears of war locust made for 1/4 scale

For commission inquiries you must me directly via the email in my descriptions/FAQ/profile

Do you need any help with test prints, preed models for resin printing or finished props for photographs/display/promotion? I'd love to colab. I'm a professional prop maker and could really be an asset to you. If interested email me at [email protected].

Hello!! The 1:10 Longshot model is the same as the Life Size stl? I saw a golden version, but unfortunelly I didnt find the stl of this and the life size ones

Hi, no it isn't, I believe it specifically explains that in the description, my actual life size ones are newer and still private as I have not released them digitally

Oh, I see, since there are other full-size replicas available here on the platform, I believed that the files were available for purchase. Since there are replicas of Gears helmets here and 1:1 weapons from other franchises, do you have any idea when the files will be available on cults?

I don't, there are over 100 models I haven't released because first I make them available as exclusive physical prints (the #1 reason I make them), then a year or more later I do a digital release, for those probably this year before E-Day though.

Oh, thank you very much, as I live in another country and importing here is practically impossible, I will be looking forward to your files

Hi will you be adding any of the Skyrim nordic weapons and armour at some point?

Hi, I don't have any current plans for further weapons, and I mostly only do helmets so body armour (which is a lot more work) is by commission, if you wanted to inquire about a quote for something like that you'll have to me via my email in my descriptions/profile/faq

these models look amazing and I love your efforts the work is really showing, I'm actually making a tabletop game which is compatible with Warhammer and I plan on using these models to kick some ass. I was wondering if you were able to make a UNSC bundle for the vehicles rather then having the UNSC and the covenant in 1 as I only need the UNSC.

Unfortunately there are not sufficient numbers on either side for me to split them with that same set discount

would it be possible for a slightly less generous discount, just a little of the top?

Dude, hi. I'm calling you on this issue, I'm a Halo fan and I came across your work, I already have a printed George from Halo Reach, by the way, the model turned out great. So about the request, could you assemble my Spartan from Halo Reach for me, you already have the necessary works, in the file where there are different Spartans from the multiplayer, you just need to combine them into one model, of course I would buy the whole package and do it myself, but I'm afraid the price of the package is too high for me, so such a request. And if you decide to do this for me, I'll ask for one more favor, check the model for voids, because if they are present, the model cannot be printed on photopolymer printers, you do not have this pro, I just found another person's model and found a lot of voids in it. Thanks in advance

Hi, sorry but the commission cost of putting together a custom Spartan even with existing parts would easily be as much as that pack

Hi! Just emailed you regarding a commission on email. Hope it didn't go to spam. It's from ally.kiki.cosplay@gmail. com . Thank you so much ^_^

Thank you very much for your work, I bought both sets of Gears Of War and I'm very happy, I'm going to buy the other models soon. Do you plan to make more Gears Of War models?

Hi and thanks, my Gears models are my oldest over 4 years old and I have no plans to add to them beyond commissions. If you're interested in that option for anything specific feel free to me via my email on my profile or in my FAQ to inquire further.

I'm interested, but how much would a new set cost?

Hi, I'm planning to buy several sets. I'm interested in the CGO, Locust and some turrets and such. I wanted to know if there's a way you can lower the price a little. Thank you very much in advance

Hi, unfortunately there is no discount larger than the sets at almost half price they are already at my highest bulk discount

I have an issue, the file when enlarged in the laminator looks too pixelated, I see the example of your thumbnail and it looks perfect, nothing to do with the ed file. I tried with another laminator and it is the same situation.

It's about the halo reach emile file, when you open it and enlarge it a bit it doesn't look anything like your 360 degree video or the reference image.

https://ibb.co/S7HvDGvv So I would like to validate the quality of the file or ask for a refund (nothing personal).

There are three different previews of the file including the raw generated one by Cults. the first is what it looks like when printed as a miniature, it is not possible for it to not look like itself. They're specifically intended to be and offered as miniatures not statues nowhere does it say that these miniatures are particularly suitable to be scaled as large statues, it is stated in the description that they are medium detail suited to miniatures, however I do personally print my miniatures at 1:10 scale and they come out great [https://i.imgur.com/Kfilh8Y.jpeg]. Zooming in makes it easy to lose perspective, unless you're printing 300mm tall then making it as tall or more than your monitor has no reflection on the print, although I did look at that one that way and it still looks good. I don't do it myself when printing larger because I prefer crispness but you can also use the shortcut Ctrl+1 in Blender to subdivide the model and make it smoother, all of this is mentioned in the FAQ btw

Do you have any discounts for the packs? Currently they're only like $8 cheaper than buying the models separately. Makes them seem kind of pointless since you aren't even saving the price of one full model.

for the Mass Effect packs

I'm afraid your math isn't mathing, it's a 25% discount, which is less than normal for two reasons a) the sets are smaller than my others for other series and b) it's the only series which includes two poses/models for each unit/listing therefore on a per model basis they're already the cheapest and best value I offer even before the set discount.

T'was indeed. my bad

Absolutely love the minis, making a "T'au" army out of the Covenant minis. I was wondering if you'd have a mini of the Revenant with Elites inside as my "Piranha"

Not having alternate versions of the open vehicles with basic units in them was an oversight I didn't think of at the time, but also would have been too much work for the time I had. I don't have any concrete plans but if I ever have time to revisit the Reach/H3 vehicles, or take on the H2A versions it's something I'll certainly have in mind. There is the possibility of commissioning the additions, to inquire about that you'd have to me via email either on my profile or in my FAQ linked in the descriptions

Hi there! I love your Mass Effect series! I'd very much consider getting all the packs if you ever do a set of operators to fight against them! (like a diorama). The characters from the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer would be awesome!

Hi and thanks. I had intended to do companion characters but ran out of time and have no current plans for returning, I never played multiplayer so the idea of operators never crossed my mind. However if you check out my FAQ linked in the listings you'll find a page about commissions and also my email to discuss commissioning new models if you have any interest in that

Thank you for all the great work! I have purchased most of your Gears and StarCraft models so far.

I will definitely purchase Gears 5, Gears Tactics, and Gears Hivebuster models if you get around to those. Especially multiplayer skins. I have printed over 200 models from your files, and I print them all to match the size of the Gears boardgame.

Hi and thanks. My Gears models are years old and I have no plans for any more miniatures, but if you check out my FAQ linked in the listings you'll find a page about commissions and also my email to discuss commissioning new models if you have any interest in that.

Thank you for the quick response!

Hey can you make elden ring greathelm please I will be the first to buy it

Hi, I have no further plans for helmets, however if you'd like to inquire about commissioning it you can me via my email on my profile or in the FAQ linked in the listings

do you make keyed models for bigger sizes?

Only rarely when commissioned to, personally I prefer dowels with dowel holes when printing large rather than keys, slicers like Orca can cut and add them easily then the modified parts exported back out for a resin slicer

Hey! I love your art! Do you ever have sales or discounts on your packs?

Hi, the Sets are already very heavily discounted compared to the individual models so they will never be further discounted

I understand 👍 thank you for the quick reply(:

order number 106281027

I ordered the UNSC Scatter Pack Halo Reach Miniature STL UNSC Scatter Pack Halo Reach Miniature STL by TheSTLSmith
I can't it due to the link not being secure please send the files to my email

1) Any plans on doing more 1/10 scale gears weapons? Looking for the long barrel human gun with the quartz shards on it, and the Locust Elite Bladed Shotgun???
2) Any way to get a discount bundle for all helms?

I generally release everything I'm going to do at once with no further plans. I don't recall either of the ones you've mentioned but for potential commissions you'll have to me via my email on my profile/FAQ, preferably with wiki links to those. Also for inquiries about possible bulk discounts.

Hey do you have just the halo 3 elite model. I saw your only model was the grif ball pack. And I'm just looking for the elite. If you do that would be cool

Hi, I've answered a similar question before, because they're half price as a set then just purchasing the three Elites would be the same price at full price anyway. I won't be making separate listings for all 6 models, if you really really just need a particular one then you'll have to me directly via email on my profile/faq to sort something out

Hello, I'm sorry to bother you but I need your help on a subject. What program do you use to create these characters? I tried Titancraft but it's a very limited site. I've been interested in creating characters like this for a while but I don't know what to do.

Hi, it's no different to sculpting anything else. Blender is the best free software for this, there's a page in my FAQ called 'How To Make Models', it basically just mentions Blender and the core ideas of approaching sculpting
