HI recently purchased a file by the name of Rude Army Guy // Middle finger // Adult gag gift humor. once I ed the file and got it into my slicer software. I then noticed that it's not his middle finger that is up but it is his pointer finger that is up. Im asking for a refund or if you could fix this. Thank you & good day.

i added a new file that is called FIXED , The middle finger is more detailed so it doesnt look like it did. I sent the Refund to you also. Let me know if you need anything else and i hope the new file is better :)

Another mod... guinea pigs don't have butts like pigs.. ie um.. no butt crack lol. Just a smooth round end. I told my slicer to put in s and boy did it. I think that was a mistake. I'll have to check, but did I see somewhere it is pre-ed with only the ones really necessary?
We actually got hit with really bad storms on Tuesday here in the Pittsburgh area. We lost power and it never came back on. Worst 20 minute storm we had in a long long time. It knocked a lot of the viewing areas power out. So they said May 4th by 11pm we should have power back on by. I'm hoping cause I'm going crazy not printing anything. I went to my mom's a few times to charge phones. I will make the plain round booties on them as soon as I am able to. :) I hope that's sooner then they are telling us.
hello! I just bought your guinea pig file and did notice an issue but not with the file per se. Guinea pigs don't have tails to speak of. The model has almost a rabbit tail. I would hope this could be fixed as my market is to those that raise and show them..and this just wouldn't work! Otherwise this is a fantastic looking model, much better than most any other I've seen

Thank you for the information, i wasn't quite sure what their tail looked like lol, so should i just take the tail off and smooth it out to not have anything there? I will get this fixed for you :)

I have ed your rude army guys. I have a project I am working on and was wondering if you could create the one standing up that is holding up 4 fingers and one holding up 3 fingers. It is for a motorcycle MC US Mil Vets MC and we want to create a plaque/trouphy with one holding up 4 fingers the one laying down as the 1 and one holing up 3 fingers.

I will be happy to try my best to make that for you. Does it matter what fingers they are? So 1 standing up holding up 4 fingers..- i just made that one. I made the thumb tucked in , so 4 fingers up. Is that what your referring too by fingers up ? Just want to make sure i get it right :)

I purchased the Mahomes Jesery earrings and I can not get the name to come out clear. When my P1P Bambu goes to fill in the red around Mahomes it just can not make it clear. What are the settings for this or do I need a smaller nozzle, I have .4? I also slowed down the speed and it still does not come out clear.
I will see what I can do and try to fix it some. I slow it down but I may just make another one with new font that is bigger. Is there an email address you would want me to send the new file to?

file will not open
Which file were you having trouble opening? it doesnt show me which one. i can resend to you in an email if its not working on your end. Sometimes when theres a slicer update and my models are older then they might not open. i will open that file up and re save and it again.

Hello, I have a problem with the "Christmas hand Cookie Cutter". The Cutter and stamp are connected just above the the ball in all the three versions in the . Can you please remove this connection and update the model as it is unusable in this way.

It is suppose to be connected as a stamp cutter, i made them in a cookie cutter program and that is the stamped cutter version. I will make it in multiple parts if you need it that way. I will make and the new design tomorrow after i take my son to school for afternoon kindergarten. I apologize it wasn't the right version you needed.. i will make sure to fix it :)

Hello crafty baker wanted to say that me and my girlfriend loves your 3d prints and wanted to tell you great job! we would also like to issue you a challenge. we are going on a disney cruise for christmas and was looking for a fun/memorable fish extender to give out. we happen to have a ornament already made for the cruise but wondering what you could come up with?

So were you wanting Fun things to go on a fish extender or a fish extender hanging part that is disney? OR all :) Also i can do files for regular non ams printers -or for color files. i have both kinds of printers so whichever you prefer. I have prusa, sovol and bambu. The bambu has the ams for colored prints.
I'll leave it up to the artist's interpretation. but I was thinking along the lines of a layered image almost like a scenery! we happen to have a creality K1 that works beautifully and quickly!

I think there was an update on the slicer that's not letting people open older files posted, let me reslice it and export to a new stl file and it. That should fix it an allow you to open it. I'm sorry this happened, I will get this fixed asap

I updated the files yesterday,if they still don't work just let me know. Prusa slicer had an update and seem to make some of my files not work. If there's any issues anyone can reach out to my email address and I can also send the file that way too. [email protected]
I just purchased the Play Mat STL files. After , I am unable to load them in Orca Slicer or Windows 3D Builder. I am able to get it to load in Cura, but the file appears to be missing geometry. Requesting either a fixed file or a refund. I have verified that the file size matches what is displayed on the website (972KB).

Fixed, The file wasn't coming up on my end either for some reason. I added new files both the STL and 3mf Version. Hope this helps
