Yesterday I bought an articulated skull mask. The work in general is great, but I have a problem with your design.

Both the skull and jaw parts have tabs to make the t and they are so thin that they break easily... They only have 3 layers as a wall.

The problem is even greater if you scale the file to fit the size of a child, which loses thickness and becomes an even weaker tab.

Would it be possible for you to modify that small detail?

The pumpkin mask STL file is ready for 3d printing. The model is not water tight does not load in slicers correctly. Please fix the file or refund.

Hi, I just ed the “Low Poly Articulated Skull Mask” file. The top sliced ok with the Prusa Slicer, but the “poly skull mandible” which is the button has an error message that says “No layers were detected. You might want to repair your STL file(s) or check their size or thickness and retry." Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? My son likes the mask and hopes this can be resolved so he can wear this for Halloween. I understand you won't be able to reply until you get home. I am very interested in your other creations also.

Love the mask it was an essential part of my costume for drachenfest usa. I do have some feed back I would recommend that you increase the thickness of the hinges both masks I printed had failures at the hinge where the hinge split before the pla rivet broke. I will modify the third mask post print since well it's already printed. Ps love your work.

Hey I have a weird question…what are you using to hold the horns? I know that it says “string” in your bio but I also saw you had something to tighten the string around the back of your head.
