Thank you. I thought that might be the problem.

I managed to print out the three parts of the Manta Ray but can't work out how to attach the tail and the head to the body. What have I done wrong?

Hi! Thanks for your message 😊
All parts of the model should be printed together — you need to merge them in your slicer before printing 🛠️
Alternatively, you can use the ready-to-print file where all parts are already combined — it’s named Manta Mt Ray.obj (or .stl) 🐠✨

ed this and it doesn't have the eyes. This needs corrected as I currently can't print

Good day! Thank you for your message 😊
The eyes you see in the photo are just an example of how you can add them yourself. They are glass and can be purchased separately, for example, on AliExpress.
The 3D model itself, as you can see in the last photos, does not have eyes, so you can insert your own, which you like.

Hi, Yes I did find it, will look to see if it will work. I got 20 hrs into the 22 hr print and filament got tangled in the AMS. So I’ll look at the stl file and see if that will work. Thanks for the additional information!

Good day, I wish you success. If you have any questions, write, I'm always happy to help.

Greetings, just ed the Manta Mr Ray file. Im using a X1C and when I import the 3mf file it opens to the preview window for a A1 mini. I cannot change it to a X1C or make any other changes such as ironing, adaptive layer height or filament selection, basicily it is useless to me. I want to print it as 1 piece, not multiple and have to glue it together. Any suggestions or can you resend in editable version

Hello!

Attached are the models in .STL and .OBJ formats. You can import them into Bambu Studio, select the X1C printer, and manually adjust the print settings (including filament selection, adaptive layer height, and ironing). This will allow you to print the model as a single piece without gluing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!”

Thank you for your quick reply! Did you attach the files to this email? I already have the ones ed from Cults.

Among the ed files is .OBJ – in this file the model is one-piece, without being divided into parts.

Were you able to figure out the import and settings?

I did get the STL files and the OBJ. The STL files are in pieces, and didnt want to glue them together. I’ve never used OBJ but it looks like that will work for my X1C. I will give that a try. Thank you for your prompt replies. I’ll do a followup with pics after its done

there is also a solid .stl, not cut, it is signed as Manta Mr. Ray.stl. found it? If you found .obj it will also suit you completely.

before printing, check the adhesion to the table so that the segments do not peel off. I look forward to your photos! Thank you.
