Hello. Love your axolotl designs. I'm having difficulty asg the appropriate paint colors in the keychain/earring objects. For example, one eye, I can assign the black and black, but the other one I can only assign one color to the entire eye. Thoughts?

Hi

It's Easy here answering.

What slicer do you use?

If it is Bambu Studio, you have to select the print model, the press colour painting, and inside that you have to select the fill/bucket, and adjust the "smart fill angle slider" (normally it has to go down).

Try that and let us know if that helps.

Hello. I accidentally purchased your dragon book display twice, back to back. Cults glitched during payment and nothing showed up in the section so I purchased again. They’re now both showing 😬 I’m wanting to keep the commercial file. Am I able to receive a refund for the personal file? Thank you!

Hello. Been trying to find a way to privately message you but can’t find it anywhere. I ed 7 of your build a dragon files thinking this would be something I wanted to add to my line up at craft fairs. I planned to subscribe for the license once I knew one way or the other. But this is just more time than I am prepared for currently. and I would like a refund. They are way more work than I was expecting. The parts are all separated and I just don’t have the time to edit everything. I assumed these would all be pre painted and on one plate and only a couple of them are. This is not a project I’m interested in pursuing anymore.

Sorry that you feel like this, but we will not be refunding.

We have talked with Cults and they gave us this reply:
"
- The customer can dispute a purchase up to 30 days after the
- The customer must first the seller by sending a message on his Cults profile or by leaving a message in the "Comments" section of the 3D file page
- If within 7 days, the customer does not receive a response from the designer or if the designer has not been able to resolve the problem, the customer is invited to Cults
- Cults will then take charge of the file and make the refund if the problem is indeed proven and has not been resolved by the seller

Under Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code applicable to digital goods, customers do not have a right of withdrawal if the digital creation is perfectly consistent with its description and functional.

Reasons (non-exhaustive list) that may lead to a customer refund:
- The file is incomplete, a part is missing
- The file has infringed the copyright of another designer
- The file has errors and cannot be printed in 3D
- The designer did not provide after-sales service by not responding to customer messages
- The 3D file has violated our and conditions"

In regards to this, your reason does not warrant a refund.

You are welcome to Cults, and they will explain further.

She mostly uses Nomad Sculpt and Tinkercad, and she would recommend Tinkercad as a new designer :)

Hi!! I purchased your BAD Thalrissa. I'm in the process of printing her. Most of the pieces have printed beautifully. One wing has failed and wanted to know if you had any tips or ideas to keep it from failing (the smaller wing broke off) again. I have not attempted to print it again or the other wing.

I have a Bambu Lab P1S with ams. I clean the plate after each use. I level the bed before each print. The filament was dried prior to use (I live in FL - USA, it's very humid here). I have followed all preset settings and changed nothing. I even used hairspray as an added precaution. Printer is calibrated, so not sure what happened.

I also have a question about a piece on plate 7 (piece furthest to the right). It seems to not be sitting on the bed and the t connector floating in the air. Do I need to enable s for this particular piece? If so, which ones.

First of all, thank you for buying my model. There is an update to that plate 7 you are talking about, if you re it. it should no longer be floating, but laying flat on the bed.

For the wings, you are doing the 240% version? What s are you using? Tree or regular s?

The wing is being printed at the 240% with auto tree organic s. I'm in the process of printing the right wing, with those settings. I added hairspray to the bed for extra adhesion.

I looked in the folder at the arm stl, enlarged it to 240, but still requires s as the arm if floating. Thank you for your help.

I just issued an update email, so you can go and the files via that, to make it easier for you :-)

If the wing does not work out, you can try and print it slower, (I know its a pain!) or you can try adding normal s on it instead of tree s. Also making the brim bigger on the s (Can't where you do that) could help keep the adheasion.

It is a big project and super exciting. I can't wait to see what you make!

Thank you. ed and the arm is in the que. Is there any way to show me, pictures, where to slow it down and to what speeds? I'm not new, but still do not understand how to do some things. I have no problems waiting, at a slower speed. She looks so good so far!! Thank you again for all your help!!

On the screen on the P1S you can manually set the speed. You have 4 menues on the side, the house, the square with the extruder, the round thing with the dot, and the folder. If you click on the square with the extruder (the second one), when your printer has started the print, you have diffrent settings options, one of them a rocket with 100% after. If you click there you can ajust the speed down to 50%. You can also set the speed in the slicer, but thats not as easy to explain here. :-) I hope that helps you

Hello, I have a question. What is the cost of a design from you if only I am allowed to use it commercially? Specifically, it should be a unicorn head, optimized for a two-color print and with little to no s. Inside the head, there will be a cylindrical hollow space. Head sice is 35x35x40mm hight.

Hello Sassiecat, I had purchased the diamond build a dragon commercial version, and after doing a print of each piece, we found out the ball ts are way to loose, to where they just fall off. This is on a creality K2+ printer using creality hyper pla filament. Is there any fix for this?

First of all, thank you so much for your in buying one of my models :-)

I would recommend you look at this video by Chep to see what you can do with regards to hole compensation and tighten up the tolerances for the ts that way:

For the one you already printed, you can try and take some cotton and put into the t, or you can apply a layer of see thru nail polish on the ball t to thicken it up and make it a tighter fit.

Hi there :-)

3MF means theres a colorfile attatched that you can open directly in bambu studios, so you don't have to create your own color file.

The Authorized sellers badge is attatched to all the commercial licenced files that I sell, so you will get it with the of the files. :-)

i just bought this noodle print and the cover when i get to the pepper level my anycubic kobra 3 combo kicks the tower off the plat and causes stringing issues. ive resliced twice and even moved on the second attempt but still the tower came off the build plate. no issues when i have done other prints same height. any help you could give me to fix this would be great

I am sorry to hear that. I have not tried using an Anycubic Kobra 3, so not sure what to advise. My first thought was to move the tower as you did. I did use to own an Anycubic kobra when it was just released, when I had issues with it knocking things of the buildplate it was because I haden't set it to use z-hop. Maybe that can be clicked on somewhere in your slicer? I hope you find something that helps. I usually use glue on my plates even for the pei sheets on the anycubic I had. That could also be a thing to try. I hope you get it to work :-)

Hi, thank you for getting the christmas wreath! The bigger hole files are there because some people had problems with their printers last year, and could not get the flower and leaf to fit on the wreath part. It all depends a lot on the printer you are using. I would recommend trying to print one of the flowers or leafs and see what works best for you :-)
