I purchased the SME 3009 tonearm mounting plate and slide plate 3D print but there seems to be a problem with the overall length of the slide plate as it is 4mm short from the original SME plate. I'm not happy to have paid the money I did for this 3D print

Hello, sorry to read that you are disappointed, but it is clearly written in description :
"Tonearm Sliding base for your Ortofon SMG, RMG, AS212 and many others with a Tone arm shaft of 20 mm."
That's not d as a replacement part for SME 3009 tonearm mounting plate & slide.
My part isn't a replica of a SME3009 parts. I offer a new part for Ortofon and use the sliding base concept from SME. Sorry you got confused.

Hi Robby, how are you doing ?
Is there any possiblty to make discount for SME 3009 3012 tonearm spacer 10mm ? Also I want to know, I am going to make this spacer not in 3D printer, I plan to make aluminium at CNC machine, is it drawing will works for this machine ?
Thanks
Cenk

Hi Cenk, I have no idea if you can use the STL files for your need. And there is no discount.

Hi,could you add the full size body for the Ami s-81 I want to make it exact size like original..thanks

Maybe in the future...

Hi Robby,
I’m hoping to find the nylon rest used in the ESL S2000 tonearm. It fits into a large chrome base on the TD 124 armboard.
The are some very good images on the internet. It’s like a square/rectangle with an opening for the arm tube, on top of a stem.
I’m traveling just now and won’t be home for another week but can make a sketch then.

Thanks and regards!
Scott

I manage to find photos of the rest part. me through instagram message or give me your email address when you're back, with some measurements, I can make a similar part.

Hi Robby,
I’ll be home Friday. I’ll make some measurements and try to do a little sketch.
Thanks!
Scott

Take the spaces around @ out.

Thanks for writing back.
I’ll need to reach out to the hi fi blogs to see if anyone is willing to do it.

Somewhere someplace someone has one of these….
Scott

Are you looking for the basic U shaped arm rest, or the "twisted" ?
Looks like it's doable for both, would need arm tube diameter, and the hole size in your arm board.

Hi Robby,
I see your Ortofon tonearm bases—very nice.
Any chance you might create a model for the ESL s2000 tonearm rest? I’ve had my TD124 with an S2000 tonearm but the nylon rest was lost or broken many years ago. I don’t have access to one for creating a model.
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott, would need some photos and measurements, to see if it's possible.

TONEARM SLIDING BASE FOR ORTOFON, SME TURNTABLE VINYL PLAYER

Hello,

I would like to use the Tonearm Sliding Base for my Fidelity Research Tonearm FR-64fx which has a Tonearm shaft of 25.5 mm. Is it possible to adjust the Model for this purpose? Would be happy if that could be done.

Thanks in advance

Best regards
Peter

Hello Peter, that's something I can do, but I need to make all the parts larger. The Ortofon version won't be compatible with the new Fidelity Research version. If you don't plane to change tonearm, shouldn't be a problem.

Perfect - I need it only for the Fidelity Research Tonearm. Would be very pleased if you can make this.

If you could also print it and sell the Base please let me know.
Best
Peter

Hi I am interested in a design you propose taht is the SANSUI LOGO BADGE SPEAKER TURNTABLE EMBLEM.
However, the size does not match the purpose I need it for : an old Amplifier type BA - 202 on which it is missing.
Would you be able to modify the model in order to have an height (Y axis) of 23 mm ?
Thanks in advance.
Yves

You should be able to resize it with 3Dbuilder or even your slicer

What printers or printer do you use for Devo Energy Dome hat to print right size. Thanks🤪👍

A printer large enough to print in one size, but you can split it in multiple parts if your printer isn't big enough.

The largest part of Dome is 250mm isn't it? I was looking at a printer on ebay it prints up to 250mm so that should print it in one go aye? Thanks for your response.

Yes it's 250mm. If doesn't fit, or too close to edge, you can print at 99%

Hi there, want to know does the logo on the Devo Energy Dome print separate from Dome? As I want to put on rim not onDome part. Thanks

Hi, no the the logo isn't separate. I certainly can modify it, when I have time.

OK thanks,🤠👍

Hi Robby the Robot,
I grew up watching those movies. Gave away my age.
I am restoring some Philips speakers which have that badge. I need two. How much would you charge to make them in a silver colour for me?
