hi i ed the Milk Bottle STL FILE FOR 3D PRINTING and when i try to transfer it to Cura im told that the file could be corrupt or inaccessible. Also the file says 0bytes in my folder. please help asap i need these cookie cutters for a party this weekend

I purchased both the Heat Guy and the Snow Guy Cookie Cutters but it is missing material between the inner and outer parts (each cutter prints as is in 2 parts, an inner and outer piece, which is not what is shown in the images)
