Hi, just bought "Airsoft Hi-capa 4.3 EVA custom slide with high sight rmr mount", the slide without the rmr works fine prints fine, but the version with the RMR is giving me the error that there is no geometric information. any clue how to fix this? tried loading in bambu, prusa and ulti-cura
Hi, thank you for ing my contents. I think the problem you mentioned was caused by the slicer program. Try another slicer program, usually that will fix the problem. This seems to be happening because it's a file extracted by the Polygon program, not the Nurbs program, but seeing similar problems in various environments, it might just be because of the Slicer program.
Any slicer you recommend using then? I've already tried with 3 slicers all of them give me the same error.
can you maybe add a 3mf file?
I don't have a 3mf file. I thought it might be a modeling problem since you tried other slicers, so I checked the modeling again, re-extracted and ed it. Please check it out

hello i brought this model and printed it all works perfect except the part where the grip s the gun. i want to scale that part but i dont want to scale the and grip part. so if possible can you sent me the step file so that i can make changes according to my gun size
Hello, thank you for ing my design. I think you ed the vertical pistol grip for Ar, is that correct? I don't think I can provide you with the step file because I work with blender3d instead of a regular design tool like fusion.
Hey man, just bought your g17/19 SBR kit. When I open the lower module on Cura slicer (latest version), it shows that parts of the model is completely missing, particularly the grip area. Would there be a fix for this? I can send screenshots as well
Hello, first of all, thank you for ing my design. I checked the file for the problem you mentioned, and found that there is no problem with the file. This is sometimes the case, but it is usually due to an error within the slicer. When this error occurs, I recommend using a different slicer. Thank you.

Would you like to try a different slicer one more time? It's usually a slicer problem, so even if you modify the file, the results are similar.

When I put the WE G17 Magnum frame into Cura it comes with the following message: "The highlighted areas indicate either missing or extraneous surfaces. Fix your model and open it again into Cura."
Checking the model on the preview tab indicates the mag well not being completely hollow.

In some slicer programs, a file works fine, and in some cases, it doesn't. In this case, even if I fix the file and it again, the same situation repeats. My recommendation is to try a different slicer.

And I'm not sure exactly which part of the upper part and holder part you're talking about, but first, in the case of the part where the RMR goes up, it's not fixed by screws or the like, but it's assembled on top with tension.
