Content Missing? There appears to be no STL for me to split?
Hi, can you explain what you mean by 'content missing'?
Hello!!! I hope, with great hope, that you make a stegosaurus too!
Yes, it's on the list of models! 🦖 I'll let you know as soon as it's ready. Thank you for your enthusiasm! 😊

I purchased Triceratops Articulated/Flexi and FLEXI DINO CARNOTAURUS,But the page only has FLEXI DINO CARNOTAURUS

Hi.
The Dalmatian. The overhang under the ears and chin is too large - the printing is of poor quality...
For the T-REX Skeleton how does the belly attach to the upper body?
To attach the abdomen to the torso of the T-REX Skeleton, use a strong adhesive, such as cyanoacrylate (super glue). The design description specifies the recommended type of glue and includes a link to an assembly tutorial video for further guidance. If you have any other questions, feel free to us.

Hello,
I bought this item. I wanted to insert it into my Orca Slicer, but it says that the parameters for my Ender3V3Ke are not correct. Could you please help me. Regards, Stefan
Hi, Stefan:
Thank you for your message and for your purchase. 😊 The issue you mentioned might be caused by trying to load the preconfigured 3MF files on a printer that doesn’t multicolor printing.
To resolve this, we recommend printing the .STL version, which can be found in the folder: Files for printing and assembling (STL). Inside this folder, you’ll find all the parts organized by folders and colors to make the printing process easier.
If you need further assistance or have any other questions, feel free to reach out. I’ll be happy to help!

Can you also make a wolf? One that can open and close its mouth, just like the dinosaurs.
Hi, thanks for your interest! Right now, I'm working on some models, but in the near future, I'll try to make a wolf. And of course, I'll aim to make it able to open and close its mouth, like the dinosaurs. I'll let you know when it's ready.

Hello OriginalToys3d
Hi, I was wondering if you take custom design orders, do you have an email to if you do ? I really enjoy your art style and was wondering if you any other animal designs or dinosaur designs of the similar fashion.
Thank you,

hi, I just printed the 3MF file for the carnotaurus and I love it BUT i’m having a problem with the end of the tail, the t is too weak and broke off within a day of my son using it; I plan to print a couple for my sons who LOVE carnotaurs, is there a way to modify the end link to be completely filled as opposed to hollow??
Hi, I've just purchased the skeleton T-Rex model but I keep getting an error message and haven't been able to the file. Is there an alternate link I can it from? I
Hello
Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble with the !
I’ve tested the link on my end, and it appears to be working correctly. If possible, please try ing the file from a computer, as this can sometimes help avoid compatibility issues that may occur on mobile devices.
If you're still having trouble, please feel free to provide your email address, and I’d be happy to send the model file to you directly.
Thank you for your patience, and don’t hesitate to let me know if there's anything else I can do to help!
Thank you I think it was a problem with the site but I was able to file already and it’s awesome thank you so much.
Hi, first of all, congratulations on your dino models, they are great and my son loves them. I bought and printed the carnotaur and I have problems with my head. It comes off very easily. If you put it in and take it out once, it loses resistance and doesn't stay in place anymore. Instead, do you have any advice?
Hi,
First of all, thank you for your kind words about the dinosaur models. I’m glad to hear that your son loves them.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with the head of the Carnotaurus. We’re currently working on an improvement for the neck of the model, which will be available between September 22th and 23th. This update will enhance the head’s fit and address the issue you mentioned. I’ll notify you as soon as the update is available so you can it at no additional cost.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we implement this improvement.
Hello,
The update for the Carnotaurus model is now available. In the model description, you will find a detailed report of all the improvements made.

Thank you for your patience, and as always, I’m here for any questions.
This file is missing the whole top of his body could i get the rest or my money refunded
Hello
Thank you for your message. I understand your concern, and I'm happy to clarify the situation for you.
The 3D model you purchased is designed to be printed in multiple parts, organized into three main folders: Color_A, Color_B, and Color_C. Each of these folders corresponds to a different color or material and contains all the parts necessary to assemble the complete model.
Within each main folder (Color_A, Color_B, and Color_C), you will find two subfolders:
Color_A_All parts in an STL: This folder includes all the necessary parts for that color, already arranged on a single print bed. This is useful if you want to print all the parts of that color at once.
Color_A_IndividualParts: This folder contains the parts separated individually, in case you prefer to print them independently.
It is important that you print the contents of all the main folders (Color_A, Color_B, and Color_C) to have all the pieces for the complete model. If you only print the parts from one of these folders, you will be missing the pieces corresponding to the other colors/materials, which might give the impression that the model is incomplete.
Please ensure that you print the contents of all three folders to properly assemble the full model. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out. I'm here to help.
Thank you for your purchase, and I hope you enjoy the model!

Hello! Your models are amazing! I printed the T REX for my son and he LOVES it! I hope you keep making these amazing dinos! I was wondering if it would be possible to get the Spinosaurus in single extruder color print files like the T REX since I don't currently have a multicolor print option. Is that something you for see happening soon? I love the realistic look of your T REX and now your Ceratorsaurus, and I want to be able to do that with the Spino, not just have in in single color print. Thank you for your time.
How do you get the gradient color transition between colors on the upper and lower body parts? do you use a color changing filament? or paint it after?
With the exception of the ARTICULATED T-REX, all other designs are hand-painted. However, I am confident that a similar finish could be achieved using color-changing filament.
for the carnotaurus can you add more links to make tail longer
