Hi Nikko, I purchased your Edward Elric arm and am unable to size the parts to fit properly. The bottom hole where you slip your hand in is far too narrow and not proportioned to allow entry without the part being absolutely massive. You said to scale it and I've done what I can unsuccessfully. Can you issue a refund to me please as I'm unable to make your file work for me this time around.
you can open up the wrist part in blender. go to sculpting and press "G" to grab and scale just the wrist
I would truly prefer a refund for this time. I appreciate the help but I’m absolutely brand new to blender and don’t feel confident in my abilities to make these changes in time for my comic con deadline.

I printed Toothless 3 times. The 2 pieces that lock the neck up seem to be at a wrong angle as every time on of the nobs (?) breaks off.
Does Toothless need s? We made 2 with s and they took forever to take off.

Hi Nikko, I recently ed the Batman Shakespeare bust and the file with the head imports it into the slicer with the head upside down. Is how it's intended to be printed? I'm using silk pla and if it is printed in that orientation a 1X1 inch portion it will absorb the texture of the print plate. I'm hoping not to do any post processing because this is a silk PLA. Any pointers on printing this file?

The TMNT TGRI canister files do not match the photos. The "R" is missing the middle part. Also, the letters go all the way through. In the photos, they show black and flat letters, which indicates there's a backing where you can color in the letters. The file is cut out.
