Well this is a site for selling 3D models. Shipping from Finland is comically high for some reason. Australia would be 119.90 euros so probably easiest if you find a local 3d printer to print them for you

what print settings/plastic do you recommend for the b6 foglight delete grills? new to this whole 3d printing thing so i wanna make sure i get it right

It depends alot on what are you printing with. ASA/ABS - Ease of ing the pieces - downside possible warping, needs enclosure with model of this complexity PETG - Tougher since it allows more flex, better layer bonding, heat resistance is not an issue in this location unless maybe if you live in a very hot area - Downside needs protection from uv, needs more post processing and s are harder to remove than asa . Nylons would work too but i think they are a bit overkill in this situation. 3 line wall thickness should be enough, cant really say more about the setting without knowing the printer setup

Which model? All my files have been splitted so they can be printed on 250mm build area. The fog light grilles are possible to print in one piece with formlabs 3L which has 335×200x300 build area

To my knowledge the S-line and s4 grilles are shaped differently, part numbers are also different. Altough I probably could make a replica if I got a good quality video of the bumper

You are absolutely right. I tried this weekend the sline grill in my S4 bumper and it didnt fit :)
I can provide you the video of the bumper, and measures, unfortunately i can't provide video of the grill, because i lost mine thats why i'm searching for one.
