Also if possible, since it doesn’t have popup headlights, I have the idea of using the mechanism with the toothpick to trigger some led lights that would light the headlights if printed with transparent filament.

That’s why I asked for the xenon’s. To add an individual led on each. (2 inside each headlight, 4 in total)

Hello. It would be easier to have opening in the back, you don't need hood to open. You could even design it so the lights turn on when you hang the keys (which would also be a much easier to fit from the back).

Regrading adding different versions of my design, under the PU license, you are not authorized to:

Could you tell me how best to implement this? How do I make a hole and how do I need to purchase and add something so that the backlight turns on when the keys are suspended? I would be very grateful. As for the license, I completely agree and use everything exclusively for personal purposes for myself.

So, for the hole I would just make rectangular hole from the back as big as it can fit (enough for the battery and the switch). Keep in mind to leave enough meat around so you can attach the finished assembly to the wall. For the hook you should have a hole from the bottom of the body instead of the way it attaches now (you can use any of my pop-up designs as a reference, among the photos there is view from the back). That way it will be able to slide up and down without falling out. Also you should have similar hook as it is now so there is something to push the switch ( little thingy on the top of it).
For the diodes you also need to leave holes so you can feed the wires (you could drill them after if it is easier for you).
I would print the headlights hollow with as thin walls as possible, so the light can get through.

As for lighting itself, you will need a battery, 2 diodes, and a momentary push button switch. It shouldn't be problem to wire it together. You could also buy a cheap toy that has similar way of lighting up and steal the electronics from it.
Have a switch somewhere next to hook so it can be pressed when you hang the keys. If it has trouble releasing the switch you could add a spring (from pen or something similar) to help it.

All models are designed to be 10cm/4inch wide. You can scale each part by 1.5 in your slicer to get 6 inch wide print.

Sorry i need help if you can fix this for me because i bought the civic eg and came perfect but this file came too small and i try scale the % for the same on all the part for make like the civic eg and all the other part like the bumper light etc came bad can you help me adjust the file for me please thanks

Body is 100x37.5x52.5 mm, and the rest of the parts is according to those. It should be the same size as civic when you print it.
Since you choose to play with the dimensions, I would have to see it first. Could you provide any photos or video?

Hello, sorry for late reply, somehow I forgot to answer your question. I don't own Bambu printer, but from what I can see in Bambu Studio it takes around 4h to print whole assembly(+/-1h).

There is 0.5mm of space between each part for easier fitment. Maybe your printer prints first layer slightly wider than the rest of the model (happens with mine) and that prevents them from fitting properly. Try to use sand paper to trim the excess, nail files work even better. If that doesn't work out you can scale the parts by 0.95 or 1.05, in your slicer to gain the extra tolerance. to scale any other part that fits in the part you already scaled too.
Same goes for NSX. Regarding the headlights fitment, they are designed to be tight to install so they can be held in place after installation. Diameter of the pins is same as width of the opening on the holes. Once you pop them in there is still 0,5mm difference. In that case too, you can trim/sand any excess.
