It was downscaled, check now if the size fits your preferences. You can always adjust it to your preferences if you want it a specific size yourself.
When I’ve ed it it comes as a batarang and not what was displayed as the picture
You bought the batarang with the two big pointy wings on the sides, right? I just checked the file, it is exactly what the picture shows. Sorry, I don't get what the issue is here, and sadly we cant send pictures or files here to see what the issue is.
