Hello, I purchased the sylveon pokeball. I tried to print the pink piece of the head now for 3 times in a different position but it will not print properly, even with on before slicing it will not print. What am i doing wrong??

Hi, I am a big fan of all your Pokeball designs, so thank you for these. I have a question though.
I have all the Eeveelutions, along with all the rest you have designed however my Flareon Tail & Hair is not like the original in your designs nor is like the one someone else printed on here or like your pictures on Kickstarter. Have you changed the design and if so do you have the original? Only the Tail and Hair look better in the original and so I am keen to print those.

Hey man, love your work and have ed a bunch of files from you! However, for whatever reason, I am not able to print the Charizard Pokeball that i bought correctly. I have BambuLab printers so everything is leveled and ed accordingly but the files just arent printing correctly for me. Am I able to be refunded for this purchase? Thanks

I purchased the eevee pack and 2 of 2 balls don't fit quite right. Umbreons ring was too small and the rings on the ears too. On espeon the inner ears don't fit right in the outer ears and the red dot was too big. I haven't changed any of the sizes in the slicer I'm not sure what's going on

I have almost printed all of the eeveelutions. Only issue so far the center piece for Umbreon "forehead ring" doesn't fit in.
