I believe I understand your question. Please be very careful with inserting any 3D printed toys!
I would suggest printing it with thick walls and covering it with a condom.

The ridges that a made through the 3D printing process can capture debris and fluids. This becomes hard to wash and can lead to bacterial growth.

Another thing you could do is covering it with a body-safe resin of epoxy. This will smooth the surface and act as a barrier for any nastiness.

Getting 3D prints to be fully watertight has always been a challenge. I also struggle with this issue.
There are many articles online that will help you find the best way for you to waterproof your print and why it might be leaking in the first place.

If you would like an expensive commercial post processing solution then I would try this product (not d or tested myself, just heard good things about it):

In short, filament choice, slicer settings, post processing all have influence on the watertightness of a 3D print. It can look visually fine, but water is a nasty chemical that seeps through the smallest of cracks. I wish you luck in your journey!

Sorry for the late reply. Personal matters required my attention.
The penis model i made has been made using mesh sculpting. I'm afraid that I can't help you with your request.

I'm not familiar with mastercam, but I can imagine that it would be easier to learn how to machine mesh files than to recreate an organic model to have surface data.

It should come out with a little bit of force. If it doesn't work, see if you can blow air or force water around the mold. I also lubricated the insert with some petroleum jelly before I poured the silicone, that might be important.

With the silicone I used I believe it was 24 hours or something.

If I pick up this hobby of making adult toys again. I do have some nice ideas. :)

That's a very interesting proposal! I have a lot of questions about this. What's your timeline? Have you been selling products for a longer period? Are these like fridge magnets or do they have a different purpose?

It's probably easier for me to sell a commercial licence. I would have to do a bit of research of how to compose such a license. Do you have any idea of how much income you plan to make?

What are your intentions with the video game? Are you going to use it commercially? I.e. sell the game? Or is this for free or educational use?
In both cases, an accessible way of seeing from where you got your assets from, with proper contribution, is in order.

Are you going to earn money from the game, I would suggest finding assets that have a commercial license or making your own.

If you are going to distribute it for free without monetary intend, just make sure that all the assets have proper contribution.

And otherwise, if it's just for personal use, I don't really mind that you use it. ☺️

Thanks for your excellent question! Unfortunately, I don't have any clue right now. I don't know which soap dispensers are easily available for all US citizens to get. Hopefully you can give me on this matter and I might be able to adjust the design to work with other dispensers. (I would need to get a it physically to be able to test it out though).

I think you're asking if it's modeled after my own penis. It's definitely not a 3D-scan. I have checked a couple times during the modeling process for specific anatomical details. 🙃

Thank you for complementing my member! 😁 I wish that that would happen more often! 😜

I do use Fusion360. However, the penis was made in blender, since it is more apt for making organic shapes. For this slong I really needed a sculpting environment. I did use Fusion360 for making a tool for a boolean difference operation to make the soap dispenser. To combine the two parts I believe I use Mesh Mixer.

This means that, if you want to use my model for your own adaptation, you already can all the relevant mesh information. No relevant history information has been stored in the original file. In Fusion360 there are however methods of working with a simple mesh file I believe. There will only be some problems with keeping a timeline.

ing it commercialy, wel, it depends a bit. I feel a little weird if you just do a boolean cut operation with a cylinder on my model and ask money for that. If you want to add the service of printing and selling locally, or you make a unique mechanism which causes a pen to shoot out or something, then I feel like you're adding value.
What is your plan exactly? Because a pen holder is something that most 3D printer owners can make from any mesh in under 5 minutes.

Hello hello, thank you for buying my model! That really means a lot to me! :)

I have never tried scaling down the models. I did design them with a tiny bit of clearance but think that taking off 5 percent of that clearance shouldn't hurt if your printer is working as it should. For the size I just looked at what fleshlight was doing tbh. I do think that if you scale down the mold I would scale down the casing as well. Don't want the silicone to be loose in it. :p

For the silicone I mentioned the total volume that you need since there are different types of silicone that require different ratio's. The need to vacuum the silicone also depends on the silicone you are using. I don't have access to a vacuum chamber myself, and if your uncured mixture has a low viscosity most bubbles will probably rise out automatically. My pours haven't been perfect and there are certainly some bubbles but nothing that interferes with the working of the stroker.
I would recommend getting the very softest silicone you can find, else the experience might not be super pleasant, unless you're into a very tight hold. If you're not sure, definitely use the thicker insert for a greater chance of success.

As for layer height, I wouldn't worry too much about that. What you could do is print the insert with a smaller layer height and maybe a thicker extrusion width to improve the overhangs. So something like 0.1 mm layer height and 0.6 mm extrusion width. What also could make a difference is if you decrease the layer height of the mold where the rounded outer part sits, so that the finish on the outside looks nicer and less staggered. But the rest of the mold I would just crank up to 0.3mm. For the casing it's your own choice, if you like the layer line look you can even experiment with a bigger nozzle size and thicker layers! :) But you know, lower height is a smoother finish but takes longer. I mostly used 0.3mm because I didn't feel like having to wait too long for the print to finish.

If you managed to print and make one, please do post a make and what you thought of it, I have received very little on the results and I'm curious if people enjoy it! :)

I'm guessing you are talking about the soap dispenser. There are slicer settings that you can enable that will make it less likely for a tower to fall over, you can make the tower a little larger by increasing the pattern spacing for example. What also helps, and might sound a little weird to encourage, is if you tune the print setting to be a little stringy the tower in the middle will be ed with the whispy stingy bits to the model. You can do this by setting a more conservative retraction for instance. You might also want to only the bottom of the pipe and not the extra step in the pipe so to say.. Getting rid of the within the pipe is very difficult. I agree that it is pretty finicky and the exact setting you need to use are dependent on your printer setup. I can recommend first trying to only print the top part to see if you can get it to work like that. I wish you the best of luck with your print! 😊 Let me know if my advise was of any use!
