I see you've ed 2 files with textures, simply just import only the .obj into the software as the .mtl is just the textures and will be automaticly applied when the .obj is opened

Hello, I bought Doctor Fate Helmet and Nova Helmet 2.0 but I can't open the files. They are Obj files, not Stl.

And the Lego Blackout Hat / Lego Cassie Lang Stinger Helmet is an stl file. I need the stl file.

Try importing into blender then exporting as stl files

All of my files are in the obj format. This is because it's the most commonly used format. If you want to convert the file format I recomend blender.

Big figs don't have the structure for them pre-made so i would need to remake the connections. I would like to try to make them but it will be quite a bit of time

Hi, I have ed the Galactus Helmet and when I slice it all the detail on the front and back don’t show up and the stud hole for where the top of the Minifigs head goes doesn’t print hollow. I’ve loaded and saved in Blender again but this hasn’t fixed it. Is there anything else I can do?

Hello, could you please tell me what slicer you are using, I have tested the part in the lychee slicer and anycubic slicer. Another issue could be that on some slicers it may show up as being 'broken' this is because of the detail on the model. If your slicer requests to 'repair' the model decline and all of the detail should be there

Thank you for replying, I’m using the Creatility Slicer. I’m very new to 3D printing. It didn’t request to repair the model it just showed that there are missing section highlighted as blue

I think its because your using a filament printer. Filament printers can't go into the same detail as resin printers so unfortunetly i think it's to do with the printer not the software.

Hey, the files are not valid in chitubox and are not printable

I did some research and it seems like chitubox struggles with obj files, i have found a blog about the issue: https://forum.bambulab.com/t/cant-read-some-obj-files/38679. In the blog the most popular solution seems to be importing the file into blender and re-saving it. Another issue could be that because the files are meant to be the size of lego blender sizes them weirdly within slicers so try to scale up the model if it cant be seen but can be imported. If none of these work I recommend the lychee slicer as thats what I use personally use. Tho the file may need to be sized up
