Normally it's super difficult to give refunds as anyone can just something and claim it was a mistake and get a refund and keep the design for free. And mistakes do not fall in the refund policy/guidelines of Cults. But I will make a one time acceptation.

Hi! I had some issues printing the seat cushions, getting complaints about "not watertight" and "consists of (n) submeshes". My printer stopped early in the prints. I repaired the meshes in my slicer and the prints came out great. You may want to analyze and repair the models.

Was it the new front pad I just updated yesterday? No one has ever reported an issue with the previous versions.

Yes, I ed all STLs after I saw you updated the front pad. Both front and rear (shock version) pads had issues according to Cura.

Actually only the front pad update gave me an issue with Prusa/Bambu Slicers. The rear pad (both versions) did not.

Should be (coil shock version) in my previous post. Anyway, maybe the parsing of the models is slicer dependent, or settings dependent, so YMMV so to speak. The rear pad is printing at the moment, looks great so far.

Just curious what version of Cura are you using? I actually tried to versions and front pad that originally had the problem with Pursa worked in both versions of Cura I tried. But I never use Cura so I don't know what is the current/popular version for it.

Cura version is 5.10.0 (the latest). I used automatic mesh repair in Superslicer and exported a new STL that I then sliced in Cura.

I see I get the same complaint in Cura for the handle bumpers, they are "not watertight". They print though. There's something in the modelling that makes the mesh checks in Cura unhappy. Depending on which slicer you use I guess it either disregards this or does some automatic fixing?

What TPU do you use for the Seat? I used eSUN tpu 95A and it is as hard as a rock. Can you adjust it to be 1 inch taller and flat to get a bit more cushion in there?

Did you use the recommended 2 perimeters w/ a 0.4mm nozzle? Making it taller is a significant task I have no current plans for this, I might do it in the future but no ETA.

I made a number out of 95a but not eSun TPU all were softer than the original seat. If you want even softer I highly recommend eSun 83a TPE.

Hey, you can make the nosfet wedge a bit higher on the inside of the pedal to make the pedal angle a bit less angle? My feet hurt from the pedal being at too high of an angle. I don’t need it flat but just need the inside to raise like 1-2mm.

Sorry, I'm probably not going to do that. Changing the angle is easy by that would also require adjusting all the holes for the spikes to be perpendicular to the top surface which is a lot of work for $15. Just not worth the amount of work required.

Someone printed for me the ET Max Seat with the following settings (I think they ignored my instructions):
2 Perimeter wall lines, 54 top layers, 4 bottom layers, 10% infill. (in TPU).
The 54 top layers is the reason why it's super hard, right?

54? or 5-4? But yes more than 3 top layers will make it harder. The infill type could also be the reason, I highly suggest 6% gyroid.

Sorry no bundle. The prices reflect the time and testing required to develop them. Considering the many hours of labor I think the prices are very reasonable. I even offer many free designs. I'm far from getting rich from these, I doubt that I even make a profit considering the labor and test material put into the designs. Thank you.

Is it possible to adjust the design of the ET Max seat to include a small slot at the end of the trolly handle, such that it will still be possible to grab and use it? I guess this way it might be a bit noticeable when seating, so I'm thinking what if we can attach (e.g. with glue) this missing piece to the wheel itself (under the trolly handle), such that when the trolly handle is closed it will fill in this slot gap completely and will not be noticeable?

A version with the trolley handle hole is already included. I can work on the "plug", but most likely this would be held on with velcro and different brands have different thicknesses and the plug won't be 100% flush with seat due to this.

Yes M4x15mm is what I used...but you can really use anything you have on hand that's M4 or fits in the hole. All the screws really do is so that the bumper doesn't slide down as it held mostly by the aluminum crash guard.
