having a problem with -10 an covers
doesn't fit all the way. tried 3 different times with a few different setting changes in between. Both STL file and STEP file

When I print them, they are normally tight the 1st time you install them. But after 1 or 2 times tightening and loosening it with a wrench, they work great. I made you a new set with an additional 0.002" clearance on the thread Helix.
When I 1st made these, I tested the female thread, when I got to about .008" clearance it would thread on freely by hand, but it didnt have enough thread bite left to bite, and it would strip when you snug it lightly.
So I settled on .004" of clearance, it was a good compromise for a clean install with enough thread bite. (But this was tuned off 2 different Bambu printers, neither printed exactly the same)
So give the new set a try with the additional .002" clearance. I loaded a STL and STEP file.

The largest CLR that I have for 2-1/2” tube is 4”. It is not a problem to draw a new 4.5” CLR part. It is some quick changes to make that.
Looks like I will be busy this weekend knocking out a few drawings.

Can you draw me up a fixture for cutting straight pipe? various sizes. Im sure your aware when cutting in a bandsaw it squeezes the pipe sometimes deforming it? I think it would sell. Plus id like to buy some

I am wrinting about your pie cutter jig design. I live in hungary ang the 2.5" pipe is actually aroung 2.36"(60mm) here.... and if I measure it right the CLR is 1,27"(76.5mm) do you have something for that?

I bought a template for cutting elbows and xpipe 2.75 inches and it doesn't fit my elbow

What is the center line radius of your bend? I can either refund your money, or I am happy to draw the correct radius for your tubing.
Included in the 2.75” diameter set are 2 different radus bends. CLR 4.125” & 2.75”

I bought and printed you tube bend cutting jig for 4" bends. I printed the 5.5 clr one and it's not quite right. The bends I get in Australia have a 135.75mm clr
Do you have one that size or can you alter for to that radius?

Are you able to make Hex Braided Line Fittings as well these line fittings would slide over braided hoses for upper and lower radiators. If you are not familiar send me your email address if you want ill send you pics of what im talking about. There like AN fittings. Well almost.

I have printed two of the tapered 4 hole Holley carb spacers. It appears like it could use a little more material between the holes on the back side so it is not so thin there.

I have another file for the 4 hole spacer that has a little more material between them, but it only works up to a 750cfm carburetor. The 850cfm needs more clearance for the larger butterflies
