Please reattempt to re the model, you should be able to do this for free now you have access to it. Check how you are importing it into whatever processing software you are using. Look at the second image on the model listing, this shows exactly how the model is as ed. If your model looks different than the one shown in the listing photographs then I am not sure what is happening when it is being processed.

Are you able to provide a picture? The driver usually holds the steering wheel, the chassis touches the floor to avoid requiring s and for ease of modelling, I'm not sure what you mean by the hand? The model should be as shown in the model so you will have seen what you purchased before you purchased the model.
