I recently purchased your product, PANDORA BOX, and encountered an issue during the assembly process. When I try to tighten the screws, they don't align properly, and the parts don't stop at the correct position, causing the product to be assembled unevenly.
This misalignment makes the product look improperly. I believe this may be a design issue, and I would appreciate it if you could review this aspect of the assembly process and provide a solution or guidance on how I can fix this problem.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Hello, thank you for reaching out and I apologize for the inconvenience caused during the assembly process.
I have reviewed the issue you mentioned, and the design files have been updated to improve the fit. The new files are in 3MF format, with different tolerances starting at 0.15mm. In my case, I am using a Creality K1 Max, and it works well with 0.15mm, but I understand that each printer can have slight variations.
I recommend printing two small pieces, like the "top" and the "grinder," to check if the tolerances match your printer's specifications. If you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to me.
Have a great day, and thank you again for your patience!
