Hey, not enough information for me to answer your question. Assuming print with 10% infill, with , 3 walls, it take roughly 700g. Factor in fail print, I guess 1kg PLA should be enough. You can import the file into the slicer and slice it with the setting you want and there will be a estimation shown in the slicer.

I printed everything perfectly. All parts in image were there. Maybe i was mistaken. Just saw spaces that looked like rods or something for assembly would be inserted. Just didn't see files. Maybe none and it's just how design

Well, I would be happy to pay a higher price to have parts that fit on the bed of the Prusa XL printer. I realize that you have so many requests for various extra things. I do believe it is a good practice for makers to provide this. I can look into using Orca - but I am a Mac OS , so my first thoughts always are "will this "Orca" software be available for MacOS?" - Usually the answer is no. So paying to make things easier works out better for me (and possibly others). Thanks so much for your time considering my request. I hope you get more than just my single order for the larger format STL files. I'll be checking back and hopefully can order and print this sword for my 10 year old son :)

Could you cut the files to fit a large printer such as Prusa XL. This has a 14" x 14" bed. About 350mm x 350mm

I include a combined version for most of my model. You can use Orca slicer to cut it yourself. If you need my help there will be an extra charge starting from €1 depending on how many files you want to export.

Hi, I take the screenshot using the windows built-in tool, the PRTSC button. Screenshot are taken directly from the screen I make my model. I use Inventor.

Personally I always sand before apply primer, then sand again. Not sure if there is any difference if you don’t sand before applying primer.

I can't without any basic information given such as infill % and print speed. I would simply say 2 days 11 hours and 766g based on my printer setting (10%, 0.2mm, 60mm/s) .

Hi, you can use iron or PVC rod. I suggest put more effort on ing the seam such as PLA welding and punching iron clip instead of the rod.

Hello, there is a combined version included name katana.stl. If you want anything extra, there will be an extra charge for custom export.

I only know how to use Max, so I can’t connect the split parts because the surface is made of triangles...

I don't know about Max. If you want a different cutting you can drop the combined version directly to the slicer and cut it to the size you need. It is combined and can be cut already. I don't know why you need to connect it but I can try boolean all the parts together. However I can't guarantee whether it will be the same when you put into the Max since I have no idea about how Max work. That will be extra €1 for 1 export if you need it.
Then, could you please combine the cut parts into one? And is the pattern on the sword removable? I can pay extra for it!
Just to finalize the wording here, since it make thing quite confusing. The "combine" that you mention are refering to the "boolean" that in my previous replied. Again, I am not 100% confirm that after boolean the part It will be what you are looking for.
For the pattern, only some of the pattern on the sheath are removeable but not on the sword.
