I am looking at one of you 3d designs for the aap01. I had questions about how the parts connect to each other. How does the bottom picatinny connect to the upper? I am looking at the 3d preview and I can't necessarily visualize the connection between. Additionally, how does the compensator piece connect to the upper and the lower picatinny to become one? If I need hardware (Ex. screws), what hardware would I need? The link to the model I am curious about will be pasted below:

Hey, those models use very little hardware. You need 3 M4 heat set inserts, 2 M4x8 FHCS and 1 M4x20 SHCS + 1 M2.5 x 3 heat set for the front sight

Ouh la, ça fait un bail que tu l'as acheté etl e M4ximus (+les autres poignées de CTM) est pas dutout standard. Je ne peux malheureusement pas te rembourser ça... Je veux m'en procurer un pour faire des kits pour éventuellement...
Si tu peux par contre me dire exactement ce qui cloche avec des photos, je peux voir si je peux faire une modification pour que le Upper fit dessus?

Sur les photos on ne se rend pas compte en soit mais c'est au niveau de l'espace entre le canon et la partie du récepteur de chargeur m4, ton kit ne e pas
Hello , love the print and honestly soo clean when printing , i know im going wrong somewhere ive followed your steps for printing . when the print is completed the internals dont fit and are way too tight im useing a elegoo 3 plus with pla plus ...but im newbie and any advice- now i know its not the model at fault its my end haha
Hmmm in PLA+ it shouldn’t have any tightness as that stuff doesn’t really shrink no? I never used the Elegoo stuff though so I don’t know.
I also never used a cheap cartesian printer so I’m not sure a out THAT either 😂 but it shouldn’t be that bad.
Does it have a shrink factor you can compensate in the slicer?
Make sure the bed is level to the print head? Dry filament? Wish I could help you out on that one but those are two things I never went close to 🥲
Gotta figure out WHAT is tight and go from there to trouble shoot..

fuck yea thats where im going wrong, its around 1mm when cooling, ive printed over 6 parts trying diffrent settings and ive forgot about shrinkage :L taa

So I've just printed the Mk1 and it also fits perfectly with the new CTM Maximus kit. I can't seem to add a photo here ... Are you Instagram I can send you a photo incase you want to use my photo yourself to promote that it fits

I found it and I've posted it. The RMR plate is a little off. The holes that stick up I ended up cutting them off and tapping the holes with an M4 and just screwed them in.
The holes for the RMR plate dont line up properly but Im assuming in time when you get your hands on one you'll update this 🤗
Yah the RMR plate is a big trial cause ive been asked for it but I have NO way of testing it. Use at your own risk for now 😂 I’d want to just not have pegs and directly have heat inserts where they need to be… If you can draw up soemthing i can try a fix

It’s how the files come for better printing, why would you want it removed, it’s what makes the shaper stay perfect for the Blow Back Unit
because I print it on a resin printer and it can't be removed afterwards.. please send me the file without these
they will be removeable after, they are not attached to the receiver :) The s don't touch the receiver directly so even in resin it should be fine.

well to be fair this is clearly meant to be printed on an FDM machine. All the settings for it are there and I have no idea if it would be viable with a resin print. Which Upper did you want? I can send one but I won't redo every file because this is clearly not how it was intended to be used.

Yo! you have to print it flat. the back piece is integrated so the BBU shape is clean.
I'll add a TDC hole once everything is sorted out, so many damn files... if anything is missing let me know.
Also, give me on the fit once you've printed and tell me what filament you used please. There's a big difference between filament and brands. The front piece should slide in tightly (maybe need a tap or two) and not have any wiggle. Using PETG-CF for me the fit was perfect and cheap PLA-CF wasn't a tight so I might have to do 2 different tolerances.

I do commission work but like for the Enforcer kit, you'd have to pay for the actual deg and after I would post the model on cults at a discount price for anyone else who could want it

I've told you already that Cults has informed me that you have to them directly about this issue. I have to follow the rules. Someone else just ed it and also had some issues but found a way to extract files, he also ed Cults directly and once they tell me what to do, I will.

Yah, everything but the main body will fit on a 256. The main is about 265-270 ish long in the diagonal so it's JUST too tall.
He would have to use a slicing software that can cut the piece at an angle near the front and then pin/glue it together before assembly. I'm not too familiar with cutting software so I can't really give a detailed answer as to HOW to do it but I know it's possible
I believe it takes around 650g to print the whole thing.
Have you got instructions for the aap smg build I can see?
