I didn't realize when i purchased this that it wasn't for the low profile version, would you by chance be able to make this in the low profile version as well?
Hi Josh. I have the Beacon 3D H version low-profile probe for my X-Max 3 using this mount. Can you indicate what the fitment problem is? You can send pictures to [email protected] and I can see what I can do for you.
The fit problem is the screw holes that are used to mount the Beacon or in my case the Cartographer are to far apart the I will send you pictures of the measurements I was able to get off the Cartographer.
Thank you for your . After reviewing the provided information, it has been determined that the mounting holes for the Cartographer probe are narrower than the Beacon 3D probe. A fix has been provided to the customer for testing and a revised model that will work for both probes will be ed soon.
