I have ed your file and it seems to be corrupted Both my halot box program and Cura can not run it without a big hole in it I have ed it multiple times to see if it was a problem on my side and have the same results.

I recently purchased a file called " Polymer Clay Floral Texture Roller". However when I attempt to open it using Cura I get a message that it's not a valid STL file.

Also by the way I did some digging last night and I think I found the issue. Even though Cura is the leading software for 3D printers it seems they have a limit on the number of triangles that it can proces.
2023-02-27 20:49:18,494 - ERROR - [JobQueueWorker [3]] STLReader.STLReader.load_file [34]: AssertionError: File too large, got 960048688 triangles which exceeds the maximum of 100000000
Cura won't tell you this is the issue. I had to dig into the logs to find out.
I found another software called Creality 3D slicer. (https://www.creality.com/pages/) Same interface as Cura but can more triangles. With this software I was able to print the roller.
So if people here are also seeing that they cannot read certain STL files and it turns out they are using Cura, try Creality 3D Slicer above. It may just work for you. Otherwise you'll have to load the model into something like Blender and reduce the overall number of triangles.
