Good morning. I'm sorry but that is not a file related issue, that is likely due to the way you're Flushing the colors. It is a bit difficult to see in the photo but it looks like the black is running through and your white is a bit transparent so you need to flush differently. You may do a quick Google search about those settings.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure I understand the question. All of the files are zipped and they need to be extracted before being loaded into the slicer. After you extract the files you can choose which STL files to use and add to the plate or use the 3mf project file which includes the body and head.

Everything it Print in Place, you simply need to add to your slicer and apply your settings. I suggest 15% infill and .12 or .16 layer height
