In the comments you mentioned to print in orientation provided, are you talking about the orientation in the images (as in the body/stomach part being printed onto the bed)? pourquoi n'avez vous pas charger le fichier en stl au lieu d'obj?car je ne sais pas le convertir.
why would you need to convert it to STL? all slicers can open both OBJ and STL
